Coach Clueless has been and always will be the biggest joke of a coach in Vikings history.  He shows again and again that he doesn't have a clue and shouldn't be coaching my sons 3rd grade Pee Wee team let alone in the NFL.  Brett made some mistakes both the NFC Championship Game and last night, but he made some incredible plays too.  You live by the sword and die by the sword.  However, it was Coach Clueless' mistakes that did the Vikings in.  I try to fade my Vikings whenever I think there is a good spot.  Last night was a great opportunity.

guys sure he is old as shit but what is the difference between him now and 10 years ago?? he still throws an interception in the big game that costs his team a W. I will say he is a great QB to have when playing from behind, HOWEVER he is the reason they are behind most of the time and he is the ultimate reason why his team does not win

he did play on a fractured ankle last night for i believe it was a half. Cannot question his toughness may be the toughest football player to ever play the game.

His toughness or his ego?

And toughest player of all time???  As a quarterback, you can avoid a lot of contact when you have to.

Emmitt Smith playing running back, a position where you get hit every down with a separated shoulder on Monday night is tougher.

Ronnie Lott having a pinkie severed is tougher.

Jack Youngblood playing d-line with a broken leg in the superbowl is tougher.

ok they are all very tough players.. you cant sit there and tell me he is not in the argument for toughest of all time. how many games has he started in a row??

You guys need to study your history. The NFL didn't start in 1990. The most overrated QB of all time, IMO is Joe Namath. He is in the Hall of Fame for 1 game, beating the Colts in Super Bowl III, nothing else. Look at his career stats they are pathetic

I don't know why you all hates Favre, all of you say he throw big time interceptions but I wonder how many of you out there appreciate Favre when he throws a pick 6.  Like the MNF when Min at Jets, he threw a pick 6 for all the Jets backers.. isn't it the love there for Favre?

Been a Favre fan forever and while there is no way he is over-rated.  You can't make the unbelievable plays without the int's.  Simple Risk-Reward - maybe not the best way to win, but that is who he is.  Would much rather watch him play than others - Manning, Brady, etc.

Only 1 Super Bowl win, but playoffs virtually every year and he never played with another offensive HOFer in their prime.
Super Bowl wins are not easy to come by - ask Marino and Kelly.

hahahahaha he is by no means the most over rated qb of all time i actually think most people rank him right about where he should be not in the upper class with brady and brees and manning but in the one just below.

Misfit, If anything, Marino was underrated...carried average teams at best to the playoffs year after year in the ultimate team sport...
