I really like the CInci play.
I just laid on the GB over play last weekend.  Got it at 9 but it was plus money.

I think I would rather bet Tampa Under before the Rams.

Atleast the Rams have steven jackson and he could have a great year and as mac pointed out they have the easiest schedule so they could turn it around. Bulger was once a decent QB

I didn't see the Tampa question before.

I don't really have too much of an opinion on Tampa at 5.5. Seems about right to me. I think they are really going to struggle early. There just has not been much continuity on offense. The QB battle has taken too long and Leftwich has not had as much time as he should have with a new offense and his top 2 weapons (Antonio Bryant and Micheal Clayton) have been banged up and Leftwich just hasn't had the reps with them. The defense is playing in a bit of a new system as well as they shift away from the Cover 2.

The first 7 games before the bye are death and 1-6 or 0-7 looks almost inevitable. But the schedule softens considerably after that with the offense and defense having time to develop some continuity and adjust to their new schemes I think they could win some games. 5.5 seems about right.

The Tampa offensive coordinator is the schmuck that called the plays for Boston College the last few years.  If he is still up to his old tricks, Tampa fans better get used to them throwing 3 yard passes sideways on 22 of their 24 throws.  Fucking guy was brutal. 
 
The year BC went to the ACC champ, I had BC at odds of like +1750 to win it.  They had a really good D, a favorable schedule, tough running backs, a couple of stud receivers, a good o-line, and MATT RYAN. 
 
All fucking year I was going insane because while they were winning, the waste of Matt Ryan's talent made me sick.  All this guy did was run 5 yard crossing patterns and screens.  Then one night, VT is putting a beating on them.  The score was like 13-0 with about 2 minutes.  It was raining and VT was embarassing BC's offense all night.  Finally with under 2 minutes to go, the coach turns the offense over to Ryan.  Ryan goes about 140 yards and scores 2 TD's on two drives under 2 minutes(with the help of an onsides kick) and wins a miracle game 14-13.
 
Anyway, my point is that coach is a handjob and will cripple that offense.  I was looking at them and thinking that maybe they will be a 7 or 8 game winner, but when I saw his name, GOODBYE TAMPA BET.  It's a shame.  It's a waste of a great o-line, a trio of capable backs, a stud WR and TE, and a new defensive scheme coming from a proven winner.  Any chance of Freeman coming along should also be destroyed.
