Pretty rough week.  Passing of Chris Henry was kind of rough on me, I'm not going to lie.  It's still actually bothering me.  Just knowing the strides he had made, I always thought he was the best receiver on our team when had the chance.  His three children he leaves behind.  Pretty bad situation they have going on there.  Anyways. 

53-40 YTD...

Saturday:

Dallas +9 (4) - Romo's boys will keep it close...9 is a little much don't ya think.  Dallas can't play in December, but I think this comes down to a FG rather  than 2 scores.  Like Dallas to cover fairly easy here.

Sunday:

Before I even put this card out.  Think this is my favorite Sunday card of the season.  Love it.

Pittsburgh -1 (5)
Kansas City -1 (5)
Carolina +9 (5)
Cincinnati +7 (5)

Hammer time:

Seattle -6.5 (10)

All big plays, would play a few others but small here are the ones I'd play...Which I'm not

Miami +3.5 (1-2)
Buffalo +7 (1-2)

Will have a Monday play as well...Good luck Lady's and Gents...

BOL this week Whodey.  I don't know about your Bengals traveling to SD though.  Sorry about Henry.  Who knows, it might jack them up for Sunday.

San Diego is due to lose sometime, hell Rivers is undefeated in December and they have won 8 straight.  I think the Bengals play highly motivated this week.  May not win, but I definitely see them keeping it very close.

Like the Carolina play, that is the one i will hammer tomorrow. Dallas will not cover this fairly easy. We are getting a starting CB coming back and Mike Bell is back plus our leading receiver for 2008 Lance Moore. It's going to be tough with no pass rush but BOL buddy.

Also I'm rolling with Pitt brother, this GB team is a fraud.

Well, I am sorry about C Henry. And my question was about keith rivers. I just wondered what the take is on him, I never hear anythign about him, and you being the man for bengals news, just thought I would ask if you could tell me anything.  Underachieving due to injuries? Doing just fine? Any info would be appreciated , thanks

Well with Keith it seems he always gets hit with injuries.  Last year was the broken jaw, and they always say the time you miss is the time it takes you to be fully back.  I think he has performed great when he isn't injured.  Solid tackler, not bad in pass coverage.  Great speed, not the greatest pass rusher, but I didn't expect him to be.  Its just like Frostee Rucker one of our DE's, when that dude is healthy he is great.  Problem is he has trouble staying healthy.  Rivers when healthy which I think he is now, does just fine.  I'm not saying he has lived up to his draft position, but he has done well.  Our Corners are fantastic though.   We are still in dire need of a 3rd one.  David Jones/Morgan Trent do ok sometimes but not too good.  Morgan Trent I give a little bit of slack because he is a rookie.  David Jones plays decent sometimes when he can stay healthy too.

I kinda was thinking about making this a big play.  I mean its fairly big already but even bigger.  I think Seattle really gives it to Tampa Bay.  They play well at home, they may win by 7 but I don't see anything less than that.  I really think they win by about 17.  I was thinking 27-10 or something along those lines.  About the game tonight, the Saints have been pulling out a lot of close games.  I've rode them a lot this season, just think its a good time to fade them.  Just my opinion.

Looks like a good card, Whodey.  With the exception of Dallas, all of your plays are teams I bet or lean on.

Monday morning, Dallas jumped off the page at me.  I was sitting back waiting for the line to rise, but as the days progressed I soured on them.  Ware and Hamlin banged up bugs me a bit.  A rocking Dome is also scary.

Ive been contemplating this Seattle game.  At first I loved Seattle.............but looking closer at Tampas last 6 games.........

They played the Jets.....some say the best defense in the league......

They played Carolina in Carolina, dominated them but lost.......

At Atlanta, only lost by 3..........

New Orleans.......which had too much firepower.......

At Miami, only lost by 2.....was winning in the last minute

Green Bay, beat them by 10...........

 

Now combine this with the fact that Tampa hasn't score for shit the past 2 weeks, and the fact that the spread has been steady at 6.5...........Im not so sure anymore........I think Tampa Bay might show up to play a mediocre Seattle team.......

like all the plays bro but i am uncertain on the Pitt play. At first I thought to hammer GB. Could u please give me some insight to your pitt play?

Love the other plays especially KC. Okay now for the real question of which I need your help. I absolutely have been loving the Giants since the line came out Gmen-1. I have been second gueesing myself on this one. Still leaning Giants would really appreciate your thought bud .thx in advance
