The Saints rush defense is the biggest farce statistic ever. Not only are teams not running the ball on them down 21 at the half but even when they do the Saints can sniff it coming a mile away because the Saints are the ones dictating the tempo of the game with their high powered offense. I don't want to hear another word about that elite rush defense what a joke.

Here's something easy for you. Take the 5 seconds to look up the Saints run d YARDS PER CARRY. Come back and print it here. And let us know where it stands compared to the rest of the league.
I don't have to.
1. Saints haven't played the best rushing teams in the league.
2. Yards per carry doesn't matter when rushing attempts are not taken into consideration. Teams are 100% rushing less on the Saints so of course, it's easier to boost that stat.
3. Because Saints are dictating the tempo teams even when they decide to rush the ball they are doing it with a gun at their heads. So, of course, the Saints defense will know when a running play is coming. Not to mention the holes teams put themselves in down 14 and on 3rd and 20 running a draw play to punt with good field position.
Listen you cannot hide the stats in my face. I can smell bullsh*t a mile away and the Saints rush defense stats are complete bull.
How do yards per carry not matter? If teams are only average 3.6 yards per pop, why the hell would they keep trying to run the ball? You really going to sit here and say the Saintys run defense is poor?
Ok what about the Bears run defense? It must equally be a fake farce then too right?
And what of this bullshit about the Rams? Last I checked the Rams tied that game in the 3rd quarter. That means they abandoned the run? The Saints didn't stop Gurley early in that game when it was tied 14-14 in the 2nd?
And this list you rattled off tells me you're probably a Rams fan. These are mostly teams the Rams have played. Otherwise, why would you throw the Chiefs in there? They are 14th in rushing. On the flip side Cleveland is 9th. The Saints held them to 93 yards on 27 attemtps.
On the flip side, Cowgirls have not given up 30 points all season, the Saints? 3 times

If you are not impressed by back-to-back victories of 51-14, then 48-7 against NFL teams (not college, NFL), then you need to lay off this game. You've got way too much homerism at work skewing your play here.
Secondly, against the Vikings for example, that was not a case of the ball just rolling their way. Theilen got popped by a hard hitting LB AND a corner. The Saints TOOK the ball from him. That's not luck. I could give more examples like that, but I'm not going to waste my time.
Last, the Saints are what everyone thought the Rams would be. The Saints run defense is legit by yards per carry allowed. Like the Rams, they've got 1st round picks up and down that line. But unlike the Rams, al of them are the Saints own 1st round picks.
My advice to you is to lay off this game. You are still obviously butt hurt from that Vikings beat down. Go make a play where your mind is clear.
That would ring true however this Thursday night is special. Because both Dallas and the Saints played last week on Thanksgiving Thursday making this TNF essentially a Sunday game for both teams. Then we have to take into account the distance the Saints are travelling to Dallas. Essentially nothing. Equal to their yearly travel to division rival Falcons and Bucs. So no I do not think that TNF advantage for the home team on a short week plays here.
By the way you Saints backers. Look at the games that the Saints had to play on the road against a moderate or non-garbage defense.........news flash they don't put up 50!
This game could easily have Brees under 300 yards passing and under 3tds. Meaning the game could end 24-20 Saints. Stop pretending the Saints blow out better defenses on the road. They couldn't blow out the Ravens or even the Giants. Dallas has a pass rush, excellent linebackers and a on the rise secondary. Dallas could easily cover.

No thinking friend. It is a stone cold fact the Saints play much better in their superdome and much worse on the road.
but again, the only game they lost was at home ... They are 5-1 home and 5-0 on the road. It's hard to say 'they are cold' on the road ... sample is too small.
