EDIT: that said, it appears that Inpredictable, instead of Massey, inflates the larger spreads (top 3 and bottom 3) into even larger spreads than the market had. EDIT 2: does Inpredictable update ratings fast enough? Last one is from december 2024.
They update on the daily during the regular season. Actually saw them updating faster than Massey and ESPN on numerous occasions. They just don't do off-season rankings for unknown reasons, I wish they did.

Are Massey-Peabody ratings for free? I've found on the internet it isn't, but there is a website that publishes Massey-Peabody ratings but they are not up-to-date (from January 29th, 2025).
Does anyone know a good rating model that uses objective stats like rushing/passing yards?

Great News !!! Went to Sagarin's website and it looks like he will be doing CFB this year as he has updated his numbers as of August 23 - this year. I think he will follow suit on the NFL as well - Let's hope he does.

I have heard from others that Brad Powers' ratings are superior to Massey and Sagarin for college football,....his methodology seems to be to make his own line based on his own power ratings and to bet overlays.
I don't have personal experience with this, as I don't use power ratings to handicap.
