Pittsburgh @ Baltimore - Week 13

This game should decide the outcome of the AFC North, just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on this one?  I sure the hell won't be touching this one, as I rarely bet this match-up as I have enough vested interest in the Ravens.

Baltimore is -3, total set at 39...now is 39.5

Steelers got caught looking ahead and they played an extra quarter of football in doing so and now they're on the road playing the most physical team on the road. Ravens -3.

Ravens did get banged up, but each player who left the game was walking around fine after the game Sunday....they will all be fine for Sunday

Just one question : Why the hell did the Ravens spend 28 million dollars on Anquan Boldin if they aren't going to pass him the ball ?

Great question about Boldin, it seems as if we signed him just to distract the defense.  I will be at the game SUnday.  I say now, I wont touch it gambling wise, but i am sure once the hours of tailgating set in, the booze will control my phone and next thing I know there will be a couple hundred flowing on the ravens.

I think over the last 5 years these teams have shown not to bet on the game.  it could be a 10-7 game with the away team winning, it could be a 35-31 game with home team winning etc.  If they have any prop bets for penatly yards for ward, I would do that, he is always good for at least 2 personal fouls in this game.

My initial reaction is to take the over, but both teams shit the bed offensively this past weekend against bad teams.  I just think they get up for this one big time and both teams can be thrown on.

Because they have many other options (Mason, Housh, Heap, Rice), having him there opens up plays for the others...do I agree they need to get the ball to him more? YES.  But he is getting double covered a lot, which is why you see Mason still being more productive and Heap having his best season.

I'm just bitter because he was my 2nd round choice in a big money fantasy league and he's pretty much waiver wire material right now. The guy is a great open field blocker, though.

He will come through for you if you make it to your league's playoffs, some favorable matchups....including a very questionable Steeler secondary this week

Stillerz + and ML ...ravens won the earlier season game on a late drive...another pass D late game meltdown...look at recent history (w/ flacco at the helm)...these teams typically played close games...they split last years w/ the winning team being @ home...SB year before the stillerz went 3-0 vs Balt...

did i mention i'm from pittsburgh though?

I am a homer for the Ravens, but either way, pitt +16 in a tease is a great play.  We don't have the offense to beat anyone by that many points, let alone with a banged up Oher and McClean

Can you see Flacco under the pressure from the Pitt Defense??  I see about 3 ints seriously. The dude gets tipsy toed with his head spinning.  The run game should be stuffed so its gonna have to be all in the air im thinking.   Which line is gonna win this game? I would bet on Pittsburgh or nobody. I hope the Ravens finally show some heart and put an ass whoopin on someone but with this current coaching staff i can't see them winning unless the game is a 3 pt game. if the Ravens get a 2 score lead its over..they will lose. Only 1 game this year they showed heart in the second half and that was against Miami.

i wouldn't really call 256 yds w 1 TD and 1 INT as lit up though...Pitt ave. is 240...which of course isn't stellar by no means...what worries me is both the steelers D and O lines...we couldn't get shit for pressure on Fitz yesterday...and the O line has been susceptible for years now...that and ben's penchant for holding the ball too long...

can't say that these 2 teams aren't very familiar w/ each other...hence most games being close...i'll take steelers and 3...which will more than likely go down by fri/sat/sun
