l like Vick to have to have a good game. He is a stud and as cool as they come.  He will use the emotion to have a great game.  The Eagles will take a an early lead and force Atlanta to throw, which could lead to a big pick.   Eagles win going away.

This is true.  Side is the Eagles under 3 and the over is tempting.

BigUnit   The time of possession doesn't matter one bit... After the Rams scored on that 48 yard scamper by Jackson, what did the Eagles do?  Came right back and scored a TD...

The only way Atlanta can win is if Casey Mathews gets stomped in the middle and the Birds can't stop the run AT ALL.   The only way Atlanta keeps Philly from scoring is if they blitz, (6,7,and 8 defenders mind you) and pray Vick doesn't do his thing and escape or burn them down field with Jackson or Jeremy. 

But as they say, anything can happen

This will be another homecoming for Vick.  The Eagles offense will move the ball easily against the Falcons.   I really like the over!

Pretty crappy numbers there and Philly's secondary is even better, yet you still like Atlanta?

All the pressure is squarely on the shoulders of Atlanta.  All this talk of Matty "Ice" being unbeatable at home and clutch is pure BS.
The only thing you need to know about Atlanta is, last time they played at home they were BLOWN OUT, went O FOR THE PRESEASON, and were BLOWN OUT WEEK ONE at Chicago. This team is reeling and an AUTOMATIC FADE right now and doing anything other than fading this team till they show they're out of their funk is just asking for trouble.

How many times in NFL have you seen any NFL team lose the center  week of game and wind up getting smoked !

 

09 - Eagles before playing Cowboys  wek 16 Center KOED by Broncos Eagles @ dallas ate adoughnut

 

WC playoffs Eagles +4  COWBOYS under Romo get 1st playoff WIN in 13 years !

Thats the only one i recall because I won those two bets !

OOO yeah Eagles again lost Center when Vick was back up to MC naab  they GOT wallaped again at HOME that was in 08

I'm liking the Eagles more and more as we get closer to game......

Like somebody else said, it could be Atlanta's ball for 39 minutes....who cares?

Eagles could still cruise

This game stinks....this line stinks....the whole world thinks Atlanta is going to be in a good spot here............

EAGLES WIN BY 10............Falcons are a 8 win team at best by years end

2 things 

1st of all MCclure the centre your talking about, did not even start last week, Hawley did.

2nd what about Todd Light last week for NE. After he went down the patriots never missed a beat for the last 40 min. or so.

Ya you gave good ex. of teams missing a centre and not playing well, but there are just as many teams who suck it up and do not miss a beat.

In this game, the point is mute.
