Come on guys.....I'm not saying that I would trade a playoff spot for Mangini's conning. But the fact is that we didn't make it this year. I don't want to rely on this piece of shit to beat the Dolphins for Patriot Nation. We had injuries, a back-up QB, and didn't make it with 11-5...get over it, it was a great year and next year we'll build on it. As for Mangini, I dont see how any Patriot fan could not celebrate anything terrible happening to Mangini, next I hope he catches his wife cheating on him with his best friend, and his son tells him he's gay, and he accidently runs over his dog. Mangini used his inside knowledge of our team to stab his mentor in the back. Many teams did what the Patriots did and I still dont think it was cheating. Plus, after it was uncovered and everyone was watching us like hawks we had the most explosive Offensive Season since the 99-00 Rams and maybe Ever. But because of Mangini and the PR spin no one gave us any credit, we were just cheaters thats why we did so well. Mangini made everyone in the counrty root against us. He turned us into the Bad Guys, everyone was happy when we lost the Super Bowl, everyone was happy when Brady went down, everyone was happy when we lost at home to Miami. Compare that to the good will we had in 2001-2002. You have got to be kidding me if your saying that your not extatic that Mangini got fired after a Good Year in New York. I agree 100% in the post above. I am not a Patriots fan but its not a secret that other teams were doing what they were doing. I have been pulling for them ever since the controversy started. I'm glad that piece of trash got canned.

I am just a bit frustrated that we are 11-5 and aren't going to the playoffs. It would have been fantastic to see what Matty Cassell could have done in the post-season and now we don't even get the chance to see. I'm certainly not hanging my head, it was a successful season regardless. The playoffs just aren't the same without the Pats.

Pats did take care of business by winning out the last 4 games. Smoking the Miami Friggin Dolphins in the process. One of hottest teams in the NFL heading into the playoffs, and every team, coach, fan, etc, of a team in the playoffs exhaling that the Patriots are not in the playoffs, as they know they would be outclassed. Tony Dungy was hiding under his bed during the Jet/Mia game holding his breath. Would have been # 3 seed, and they would rip shit up.
