foc romney. Hes a total piece of lying garbage! He really doesnt care about anybody outside of the rich.  He needs to stay doing business and not be president of this country!  The guy is a total flip flopper who basically changes his platform on a daily basis!

If I hear one more person say Romney just cares about the rich my head will explode. He gives 33% of his income to charity EVERY YEAR. ITS PROVEN IN HIS TAX RETURNS THAT HE RELEASED. Also read my previous post here and it will enlighten you on how the obama campaign tricks weak minded fools as yourself.... Also you know how much Biden gave to Charity last year a whooooooping 300$

    F word your "33%" speech.

In 2011, the Romneys donated about 29% of their income to charity – $4 million out of their total $13.7 million in income. For 2010,  they donated about 13.8% of their income, $2.98 million out of $21.6 million. Over a 20-year period, the Romneys gave to charity an average of 13.45% of their adjusted gross income, according to an accountants’ letter they provided on Friday.

It’s worth noting, too, that a lot of Mr. Romney’s charitable giving goes to the Mormon Church, which is one reason he doesn’t make a bigger deal about his relative generosity.

It's all about avoiding tax penalties, which is why he has so much money in offshore accounts.

Sure success should be applauded, but not when it comes at the expense of benefiting America.

Love how the polls mattered when Obama was leading most of the year.  Now that Obama is down in all the polls, they suddenly don't matter.

Try again buddy…please go back to talking about the phony war on women, Big Bird, free contraceptives, binders, and giving away free shit…just  leave the economy to the businessmen.

Newsflash: Got a wife, daughter, sister? I'll assume you have a mother. Try talking to them about that "phony war on women" that you so eloquently espouse on.
They would be the ones that, you know, actually have some knowledge on the subject.
Gee, um, I dunno... something tells me your insight on the subject isn't very... uh... insightful.

You guys are arguing over bs.

Do some research.  Look at the distribution of wealth from the gilded age to the great depression.  Then...look at our current distribution of wealth.  If you don't realize it's scary you either suck at researching sh*t or you need your head examined.

We have a consumer driven economy.  We always have.  The rich have too much money right now and the middle class is getting squeezed.  The rich are going to start getting squeezed too if we don't redistribute that wealth.  It's simple.  The rich make goods and the middle class consumers buy those goods.

If we don't get money into the hands of the middle class...our country is F'd.  That being said...neither of these candidates have a plan to strengthen the middle class.  Regardless of the bs they spew.

And also...every politician lies.  Regardless of their party affiliation.  Obama and Romney are both liars.  You can't succeed in the game of politics by telling the truth.

The whole point of lowering the tax rate on the "rich" is really to boost small business. Small business income is taxed at the individual level against the person who owns the business. Small businesses employ the vast majority of the population so by lowering their tax rate you are allowing them to retain more earnings in order to grow.

You have to understand that the majority of the "1%" don't earn regular incomes. By lowering their normal income tax bracket you really aren't effecting the super rich at all. The super rich earn the vast majority of their income through investments which are taxed at the capital gains rate.

Romney is considered a flip-flopper because the Republican Party is extremely divisive right now. During the primaries he had to preach more conservative rhetoric to get the Tea Party vote in order to fend of Santorum and Gingrich. Now that he is in the General Election he is preaching a more moderate message because he knows the Tea Party folks would never vote for Obama and he needs to pull moderates and independents away from Obama. Judging by his record, if elected I expect Romney to be a very moderate President. I think our future would be brighter with a moderate Romney in office rather than Obama.

And before anyone says "we can't keep borrowing money from China" we actually borrow very little from China. Japan and the UK are the ones buying our debt at the moment.

rich people get taxed too much. If Obama wins all of the righ people will pack it up and leave this country. Its sad that Obama thinks that poor people are entitled to free money. Why? He is always talking about fairness and shit.

Let me put it this way...

There's been a discussion in the Economics field about what exactly ended the Great Depression. Though I believe it was primarily Monetary Policy and that the New Deal is the most overrated piece of legislature of all time, a debate has started about whether or not the recovery began simply because FDR died. FDR was about as anti-business as it gets and some believe the fear of FDR was enough to keep businesses from investing. Without investments the economy cannot grow which is why the Great Depression was as bad as it was. Sound familiar? Companies are sitting on record levels of cash and don't seem to want to spend a penny or hire anyone. I think if Romney wins companies will begin to spend money again as he is viewed as more business friendly.

There are things I agree with on both sides. I just think Liberalism is killing this country. And I hate people saying rich people dont pay taxes because they do pay a lot of taxes. I also hate that everyone feels entitled to welfare because they are poor. Obama believes the same things. This is a Capatilistic country and it needs to stay that way. If you are poor go work, thats how you get paid not by saying this is unfair. I would be suprised if Obama didn't win this election, but Romney is going to put up a better fight than I honestly thought.

tHANK goodness romney wont be president. Republicans are trying to take it back to the fifties. They are trying to hold women down and dont want them equal to men or be able to make choices with their health.

women drive this country. They are our mothers, wives, mothers of our children, and sisters. They are our voices of reason and when we make big deals over things they calm us down and make us realize tomorrow is another day and the sun will come up.

SO to turn over roe v wade and say the lilly ledbetter act shouldnt be a law is totally disrespectful to all women in this country!!!!!!!!!!!

So because I don't support Obama I am a racist? The Federal Aid comment is based on the fact that you haven't added anything logical to explain your support of Obama so I'm guessing you have a monetary incentive to vote for him or you're black and he's black so it just makes sense.
