Just another square who hasn't seen the Lions play a full game this year and simply going on their 1-15 season of a year ago.
Laying 3 units of the Jets this week.
Everbody knows that lions are not the 1-15 team they once were. I can see them getting anywhere from 4-6 wins but to only be +4 is insane. If anybody watched the Jets game last week they know that they threw the ball 30 plus times in windy conditions and had 8 dropped passes. Most of the drops came from Holmes and Cotchery which is a shocker. In the 1st quarter the Punter decided to to a fake punt and didnt get the 1st down resulting in a FG for green bay. If you think the Jets are gonna have another miscommunication about when to run a fake punt or dropped passes from Holmes and Cotchery by all means lose your money by taking detroit. 
If you bet the Jets you may win, but you will eventually lose betting on the NFL....Linesmakers dont give out gifts and when you see 3 or 4 thread titled "Jets -3.5 @ Lions LMAO" and "Jets are free money" it should make you quiver and close your eyes and go against what you think you know and bet the Lions....
Lions ML is the only bet that makes sense in this game

I'll wait till Sunday and take Detroit +5.5 or 6, plus a small Lions ML play. Jets, if they win, will do so by a fg at best, their offense is stagnet ad Sanchez has hit a rut. Detroit offense is loaded and their defense at home is solid with crowd noise supplying added advantage.

The top 20 backs average 4.4 or better a whopping 1.1 yards better than Best, maybe, just maybe Best breaks into the top 50 and maybe not.
The Lions rush offense avrages 3.6 yds and their defense gives up a whopping 4.9 yds, a differential of -1.3 yds, one of the worst in the league.
Stafford ??? Averages 4.9 yards per pass "NOT INCLUDING SACKS".
To put that pathetic average in perspective, all other teams "including sacks" and Stafford not including sacks is ahead of a whopping 2 teams, wow your right that is exsplosive, NOT !!!
The Lions have become very, very overvalued !! This team is no-where near as good as they "appear" to be.

I've been taking the Lions just about every week. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only line they haven't covered this season was against the Vikes in Minny. However, they have caught a lot of points in some of those games. I'm just going off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure they caught 10 from the Gmen and 14 from the Pack. HOWEVER, I really think the Jets get it done here. More of a situational play than anything. Took it at -4 and I'd take it at -5 also. BOL

Take time this Sunday to sit down if you can get the game and you will see just how good they really are and improving every week. They are just now starting to get healthy just take a look this Sunday.
Does it really matter 0-15, 1-15, 2-15 who cares they are a much improved team just getting healthy and half the world hasn't caught on yet but they will after this Sunday.
