Played the 49ers +5 over the Saints so that is pending. Week 2 showe3d us that teams that were good but lost in week 1 came back to win in week 2. Jets Colts, Chargers but what about the Vikings & Dallas? Perception of teams has alot to do with how we should handicap games.
One game that stood out at me is the Texans -3 vs Cowboys, the battle of Texas. The Texans are the real deal & I really think they will give the Colts a run for their money for the division title.
(Texans -3 vs Cowboys) This line may go down to Texans -2 by game time. Imo, the Texans will rip apart the Cowboys. Play on: Texans (Best Bet)
I wanted to get this game out there.

Love the play.. I just had the same write up... I feel like the public will hammer the Cowboys( They always do) and this line is just going to sit there ..

Take a look at Ravens -10.5 and Pats -13...both blowouts imo. Good teams at home off of losses against two horrible teams.
Dont like the Patriots in this spot because they have a Monday night game the following week in Miami. I see Buffalo getting a backdoor cover.
I dont like the Ravens either because they just played two very physical games on the road but I do see the Ravens & Patriots winning this week SU. Maybe a ML parlay is the play with these two. Throw these two in a 3 team 10 point teaser with the Vikings also.

(Vikings -11 vs Lions) The Vikings have been playing lousy but to some credit, they have lost to the Saints (2-0) & Miami (2-0). The Lions should be (1-1) winning at Chicago but the refs had a different plan for them.
The Lions came storming back to cover vs the Eagles to everyones suprise but dont let neither game fool you, the Lions are not that great & this weeks match-up will show you what the Vikings are really capable of doing. Play on: Vikings all day -11
(Giants -3 vs Titans) Giants blew out a terrible Panthers team but fell to a Colts team that needed to prove they still had what it takes to win the big game on primetime tv. I dont know if the Giants have what it takes to make it to the playoffs this season but the NFC East is up for grabs with how the Cowboys look.
The Titans beat the Raiders in week 1 but got man handled in week 2 vs the Steelers. The Titans were on the road & this is their 2nd road game. The Giants dont have a defense like the Steelers so Vince Young wont have as much trouble as he did last week. I see Manning & Young throwing the ball up & down the field at will. Play on Giants/Titans Over 43
(Patriots -13 vs Bills) Patriots looked immortal week 1 but the Jets brought them back to reality in week 2. The Jets moved the ball with ease on the Pats in the 2nd half of the game.
The Bills lost a close game to Miami in week 1 but got blown out at Gbay last week. The Bills will be lucky to win 3 games this season.
The Patriots have Miami next week on Monday night & imo, they will look past the Bills. No one thinks the Bills can cover this game but I expect the Bills to play over their heads & get the back door cover. Play on: Bills +13

Buf. will need +39 to cover...Bradys pissed..Im betting against Crappalo for the rest of the season...Edwards is out, and string is in.

Hey PT, I enjoy your writeups man. I was on SF as well and what a good win that was. I was also on the Texans Sunday and I promise you that game shaved at least a year off my life. Best Push I've ever had hands down. The Dallas/Houston game has me a little unnerved. Houston plays like animals at home and Dallas looks TERRIBLE. However, something about this game stinks to me. On paper the Texans are clearly the better team, and imo the line should be a little higher. I think Vegas set it @ 3 to get folks to jump on the Texans bandwagon. I think the complete opposite of you....I see the public getting all over the Texans. I see the line going up to -3.5 eventually. My heart tells me that Houston will win, but my gut is telling me to stay away from this one. I'll be pulling for the Texans, but I can't get on em in this game. BOL to ya man!!!!!

funny we have those two in a 3 team 10pter in dl36's thread, minus minny and taking pit +9 instead
Freedom road was a one-way street

Hey Primetime...really respect you on here! your one of the few guys I follow! I usually play 2 games a week...this week Im going for Minny, and Im also looking at SF...I know its a short week and all for them, but that defense is fantastic w Willis..I think they take care of the chiefs on the road...What do you think? Thanks!

The Texans imo are too good for these Cowboys. The Cowboys will go into their bye week 0-3.

Thanks alot man, I appreciate it. The Vikings I like as a play but the 49ers/Chiefs game is too tough for me to pick a winner. I have the Chiefs as a 1.5 point fav but they are a dog which baffles me. I willhave a write-up up on this game but I thinkthe only play would be the Under 36.
