not a easy one, don't count the Cowboys in your capping. If Cowboys want to win, they have to replace all the coaching staffs. Since Jimmy Johnson left the team, all coach replacements have kissed Jerry Jone's ass

Jason Garrets is now kissing, could not do the job. Cowboys are the team with many talents but Coaching staffs can't get it done.
