Was looking for an old friend back in August on Covers and saw how many followers Invest had so my interest was peeked. Let me begin by saying I wager on sports for a living and been around the block many times. After reading yesterday's posts, I decided to create an account and provide some suggestions. Since the start of the football season we have had numerous posts that were very critical of Invest. Some people have picked up on the similarities when it happens. My question is why respond, why promote, why even bother. Sooner or later Invest will be gone it happens all the time on these sites. If you think he is going to stop because of that everyone is sadly mistaken. I have witnessed some solid cappers Invest is definitely in a LEAGUE OF HIS OWN. With that said, my suggestions may or may not eliminate certain issues but here they are.
1. Everyone knows when the first games are each day, if there is no pick 10 to 15 minutes before the game guess what no pick. Posting where is Invest, is he mad, did something happen in his personal life, or is he not posting anymore gets extremely old.
2. Providing what you like or inquiring about a game you want to bet just makes for a very long thread. You will know if Invest likes that game if he posts it.
3. What really should be everyone's goal is to manage that bankroll and maybe in the future Invest would provide his whole card for the day. What he does for this forum, has really earned my respect not as a gambler but as a person.
4. Invest knows who his bud's are and these pinheads that post critical comments and they question his mindset after a family issue is doing it to get a rise out of him.
Invest don't blame you for getting hot under the collar yesterday but respectfully don't even bother responding.
I happen to be on 2 of the 4 plays Invest posted yesterday and lost some tall money but there will be days like that Momma said Momma said.
So in closing, we all don't know when this crazy train is going to stop but my suggestion is to enjoy the ride make some money and hopefully the conductor won't say it's time get off anytime soon for all of you.
Invest it's not easy trusting and keeping friends in this field. But every couple hundred years the mold is broken and you my friend are in a unique class.

The most true statement the WCW made was that sooner or later invest will be gone too. I've seen GREAT cappers on this forum come and go. Invest is one of the best I've ever seen and I've been on here for 7 years relgiously. Invest does very well and helps a lot of people out, but he does bring some of the negative comments to himself. Yesterday, going 0-4 on posted plays and then telling his threard of people that may have followed him that it may be a profitable day afterall could be taken as a slap in the face. Granted, he's earned the right to say whatever he wants but its the same thing as someone claiming they're hitting 70% a clip without a proof in my eyes. Its OK to lose, not one expects anyone to win every single day. I love seeing Invests angles, but no one should be sitting behind a computer tailing someone blindly. Cap your own games guys, Invests isn't going to be around here forever. Soon you'll find someone else to ask for and then he will be gone too.

went out on my own with St. Louis, NO and SF Giants for wins
lost on NYJ, DEN
I like Mr. Manning and the Colts to cover the 5 tonight. Receivers out or not, Peyton is just too good at night and Texans defensive unit is aweful. Unless Foster runs for 200+ yrds again (not!) the Colts will contril this one and win by a TD or better in my view

invest is one of the few good cappers on this site and there are really only a handfew to be honest who can make money all season and with a winning record,and then we got the dickheads when a person doesnt do well one week to come in someone thread and say some stupid shit,but its covers,where nothing surprises me anymore.invest

Lets just all be thankful Invest is apparently a good helpful person. For all the BS he is getting he should put up the opposite of all his picks so you people would actually have something to b**** about.

If you are not disciplined enought to strictly follow these plays, exact units posted religiously, this site, and sports betting in general, is not for you. We all suffered miserably yesterday with no chance at any of the plays from the kickoff it seemed. But how quickly do people forget saturday's wins. If your looking for a big one-day hit thats russian roulette, you wont win that way. And another thing, for the people criticizing the teams I4U chose to give as plays, everyone has the stats/records. If you dont feel comfortable, youre gonna be in for a long season because this weekend, the teams he played on were a combined 8-17 in nfl, and 16-19 in NCAAF. You dont like it, either get used to it or make your own plays. But please, dont act like a child (like it will make losses go away) and disrespect someone who doesn't owe you a goddamn thing. I am sorry to inform those with their heads up their ass, but THERE IS NO GET-RICH-QUICK-SCHEME, unless your name is Jared and you push preservatives,sodium, and foul meats masked as a healthy weight-loss alternative and people are stupid enough to believe you. If you wager more than his listed units, if you chase your losses, if you bitch and moan for every turnover, every missed FG, every bad call take up a new addiction. I heard sniffing glue is making a comeback. Hope this post keeps at least one imbecile off the forum this week....GL

I understand both points on this but what some of you do not understand is that Invest IS influencing people to gamble whether he thinks so or not. He is a great handicapper but I thought it was crappy of him to state "it's going to be a profitable day after all" after giving out 4 losers to all that follow him. If he is going to take on the role of one of the top cappers on here then he has a morale responsibility to his followers and all of the money being wagered on his picks. Also, don't get so hung up on his advice because all handicappers even out close to 50/50 at some point.

Dont think influencing anyone, people will gamble regardless, they will play if invest isnt here, if this website isnt here they will follow someone else somewhere else, because 90% of people suck at picks and are desperate, and the other 8% cant use $$ management. Hence the 2% winners. As far as the "not such a bad day made 2.6 units etc" comment, I feel you, but I am sure if he posted winners and his "personal" games netted him a daily loss, no one wouldve complained. Right now there is so much bad karma in all of his threads that its poisoning the well. Wish people would give it a go a few weeks, months, etc. then see if they have more or less $$ than when they began tailing. Keep a record book, track the plays, make your own decisions.
