Let’s go!!!
Let’s go!!!
I was really surprised KC came out -3 over the PATS. I jumped all over it, with how impressive their offense looked against the Chargers. I had this line coming out more like near a pick or KC -1 or -1.5. KC has more talent on the field but Belichek easily the better coach and he'll have a special game plan to stymie all of those weapons KC has. When they go to AFC championship they usually go to SB. 8 visits from 2011 and they went to 4 winning 2 SB. This years appearance will be 3rd in a row.

Bigger surprise is the Lambies 3.5 dogs. I'll take it!!
Saints did not look great against an inferior opponent. If Fletcher Cox caused that much trouble, imagine Aaron Donald.

I was expecting NE to be favored tbh.
I expect the kone will drop. I'll be waiting til game time and backing KC. Feel like it's Reid's year. Interesting how we have the two young guns against the two legends next week.
To me, this KC offense is a lot like what the Pats have been like in recent years. An uncoverable TE, WRs that are not stars but are productive bc the QB is so accurate, and RBs who are also not stars but will kill you on screens and usually do well on runs because the D is trying not to give up big plays and can't stack up the box.
I'll admit that in the past I've bet against the Pats bc a) they're such a public team and b) I hate them. I even took the Eagles in the SB last year even though I thought the Pats were going to win. But this pick won't be based on that. I always like taking the team that was best ATS all year and I think KC fits that bill.
Even in the loss to NE they came back and covered I believe, bc I remember having -3.5. And I think they covered when they lost to the Rams also?
Was not surprised LAC got smacked by NE. KC is a better team than LAC, despite that loss to them which was a miracle comeback they had owned the Chargers recently.
I've just been so impressed with Mahomes, he doesn't take sacks, can elude pressure and has a phenomenal arm. Yeah he lost those primtime games on the road but I think he can win this game at home.
KC's defense is always talked down on but tbh the whole ''defense wins championships" thing is going out the window lately. all the bad teams in the league are bad because they can't score. the best defensive teams like Baltimore, Chicago and Dallas all got knocked out because they lack explosiveness.
I think we get the two highest scoring teams in the SB, Chiefs vs Saints, (sorry LC) tho I'd rather see Chiefs vs Rams. I hate Sean Payton's idiotic playcalling. I knew after that stupid run on 3rd and 8 got stuffed that the kicker would miss.

No surprise who i'll be on next weekend, will be playing Rams and Pats both in some way ATS / Tease etc
Damn, I hate to see you on NE next week. I think KC curb stomps them. Revenge angle, best home field advantage in the NFL, NE shot their load against LAC, and, quite honestly, KC is the more talented team.
I hope you take a closer look and don't base your pick solely on your futures pick. I hate being on the opposite side of you...

Mad respect LC. I have a hearty (2 units, for me) Saints bet 7-1 to win the NFC. Would love to hear your thoughts on a very mild hedge position. (You are obviously on the other side) I was thinking about putting .75 units on the Rams to mitigate my initial bet. Roughly win 6.25-1 on Saints ML or have "no blood" in the event of a Rams victory. Thoughts?....

Let’s go!!!5 unit swing on that missed field goal at the end there Thanks for everything LC!For those of us with the futures, what’s our plan? We letting it ride? We still betting against the spread on these games?
Posting picks soon? Its passed Tuesday! ![]()
