Hey XFL, how are ya buddy? Yea, how often do u see 1 seed with a line that low?

How u make out this season? Profit? You( along with Andy) are one of the few guys on this site I truly respect as a capper and I appreciate the info you bring.

Been a nightmare year for me and I packed it in by mid October(first losing season for me since 2007). But last few weeks been playing 25 a game(pathetic i know) and on a major roll(knock on wood) so hoping to continue it through the Super Bowl.

For whatever reason, I liked the way you capped the Falcons game more-so than the Ravens/Packers.

I'm going to take a serious look at ATL but I'm not sure about the others yet.

What's up with Baltimore playing a bye team on short rest in the PLAYOFFS???

Anyone know offhand if that has ever happened before? Gun to my head, I always thought the Saturday squads stay together and the Sunday squads stay together.

Suddenly the NFL realized they can't have GB and NE playing on the same day as to get both in prime time for the ratings, and a professional team has to take it in the ass and play on a short week. WTF

Ravens! Almost for a second had balls and went ML, but I'll take the point spread victory.

Great call, Andy. Sorry u lost your Denver props in the process, but hopefully your balty play sort of washed it out.

I swear to Christ Peyton Manning up to his playoff tricks like he's been for the last 15 years. I think he is too smart for his own good. Too finicky and smart with the ball control. Go for the kill once in awhile! It seems like every playoff game he gets into 2 yard pass mode and playing "smart" instead of playing to cut throats!

Also, a few years ago Favre rolls out makes a terrible throw across his body and cost the Vikings a SB berth. The man was CRUCIFIED. Manning does the exact same thing in similar circumstances and costs his team a playoff win and all I hear is "great play by the defense."

Enough rambling by me. Lets go pack!

4th and 4 at MF and they punt? McCarthy is such a puss. Granted, the game was probably over regardless, but after 50 minutes of GB awful D, you punt down 14 and have faith your D can make a stop????

49ers played a great game. Kaep played brilliantly.

I'm not sure Manning threw the ball more than 10 yards downfield all day did he? Maybe the guy just didn't have the arm strength in the cold to do so.

I can't believe the Broncos ran the ball on 3rd and 7 with under 2 minutes left. Same thing with 31 seconds to go and 2 timeouts they kneeled down. What was the point of bringing in a top flight QB if you are going to put the ball in his hands in those situations? They fully deserved to lose for being such puss.ies.

Only lost 1 unit on the futures. It was still well worth the shot. Thankfully I didn't let them influence me and still hit BAL.

McCarthy has always been an idiot during in-game situations. I remember we used to talk about him all the time two years ago on that Packers Super Bowl run because we were so scared he'd find a way to mess it up.

john fox was so bad in that game if im elway i would consider firing him for how terribly he coached that game

the same people who took denver -9 were also on the packers tonight and will also be on the seahawks tmrw

Nice hit on Balty Mac, hopefully u hit that ML also. I snagged them live in OT because of what Peyton Manning always does in big games that come down to the wire...and it happened again.

only 4 times before to be exact, with +65% of bettors lining up to on ATL they might want to considers a few facts.... this is only 5th time out of the last 48 playoff games where the  #1 seed have opened as a FG favorite or less, the linemakers are telling you who will win this game essentially, you don't think the books are going to give you the Falcons on a short line like that with money coming in at a 4-1 rate on ATL do you?

Da Souta, I guess 5 times now after that 49ers (line swung between -3 - -1) smack-down on Discount Double Check and the chip on his shoulder. History can only tell us so much. As far as tomorrow goes, the fresher birds and the Falcons get over the hump and win at home.

Falcons to the NFC Championship game vs. 49ers. 

And if your counting, Patriots roll to meet the Ravens as well.

Weak statistical no.1 seeds rarely do well............................covering about 35% and winning SU about only 50% of the time over history.

Atlanta .................................

ave gain per play  --- 5.8-5.9 out-played by opponents

Ave gain per pass att --- 7.33-7.04 out-played opponents by a pathetic .29, when most strong no.1 seeds out-play opponents by at least .7 to 1 yd.

This fits right in with the other posters small spreads for no.1 seeds, expect a Seahawk out-right win today...........................................
