MNF Time of Possession game?

Here is what I am seeing in a lot of other post's, picks and blogs...I am looking at a lot of bets for New England -4 and in the over 51.

First off this feels like a trap game all around. So this is my dilemma...there are a lot of injuries on both sides of the ball, and I am feeling like this is going to be a slower time of possession type game. Both teams have outstanding rb's and great ground games. We are just not use to New England wanting to run the ball and control the clock so much. But Houston is one of the best teams in the league at doing this...So if my thoughts would be right, the correct bet tonight is to fade both public perceptions, and go with Houston +4 in the under of 51.

trap game in what possible way -- bellichik, and the brady bunch always come out hard and guns blazing vs important foes and in prime-time , and love to run up the score, just for the sake of it..for example

score 31 and won vs denver ... just because was manning at qb
trashed the jets at medowlands ...just because the media on the 1st meeting said how mediocre they looked
destroyed Indy just because luck was at the helm

today expect a similar effort just because they will be willing to prove whos boss in the AFC...

@shark_apeza your comment is pretty much the public perspective on the game. Which is exactly why I think this could be a trap game!!

@handpicked never mind on the +5.5 I hadn't checked the line in a few..its now at +6 and the over is moving too!! This bet could be getting better and better as it gets closer to kickoff, because the public is so all over New England and the Over!!

This game is going to be played in the rain tonight in kinda shitty conditions. The last time the Texans played a game like this, remember the SNF Texans @ Chicago? Texans won that game 13-7 in the rain and horrible weather.

Texans as a road dog getting close to a TD is very tempting. Texans have not lost a road game all season, they can run the ball, and if it gets into a shoot out they can put points up. Not to mention put Brady on his back! I Love going the opposite of the public! Leaning Tex, GL.

The line will not reach 7. IMO

Lots of injury concerns on NE and running game will be crucial, NE pass defense has improved so it may turn into low scoring defensive struggle as everyone will expecting a shoot out!

Looking at sum different ways to balance bets tonight. This parlay lays 4.73 to 1, HOU ML in the under of 52.

I agree, -4 in my experience alway never cover, and both team will play the run tonight. Running game edge goes to Houston.
