It'd be hard for Carney to know he's going to have a FG opportunity with his attempt deciding the over under...i had the over btw so im not rubbing anything in just thinking logically.  Do fixes occur in sports...ofcourse...do they occur in the NFL where there's more eyes watching those games than any other sport...hell no they aren't going to fix a game.  NFL watches that shit more so than any other sport...just a very bad beat.  9 outta 10 times under those same conditions if you replayed the final 20 mins of that game the over hits.

yeah the game might have meant to stay under but when a NFL kicker has a chance to kick a FG that close.. common thats should be money!! The 50yrd  fg try at the end of the 1h was closer than that... this game was FIXED!!

This year has to be one of the worse years for kickers! i swear i never seeN so many missed FG or PAT.. not just in the NFL but also in NCAA.. man thats all they have to do and they cant even do that right! man

-AND THE PATS PUT THERE BACKUPS IN WITH OVER 5 MINUTES TO GO??????????

I mean come on....no team of there caliber throws in the towel like that with that much time left, even if they don't have a prayer. Even the saints kept Brees in the rest of the way? WTF was that crap??

Not whining, but I am hot right now cause that was complete BS in ALOT of ways. That was a BRUTAL one for all over backers.

And for all the "I told you so" under players...haha give me a break cause you know for a fact that you just got lucky as shyt.

    Ok...done venting =)

Someday you're going to be on the side that's lucky so relax man! Like they say what goes around comes around. If you gamble long enough you're gonna see near the ends of games the outcomes could go either way and of course it has to end one way and so you'll get it your way eventually.

Very obviously it was a set-up under game... so fake...
Please.. i had not bet on over or under but new england..
No matter what.. sportsman should have conduct n spirit , how come NE have their backups play for the last 5 mins n  run the ball instead of throwing ball to stop the clock?

How about Kentucky with the FG to enter OT, and then missed FG  then Tennn with the TD in the OT ?

Yeah Sir John and then you can buy yourself a brand new spinner cap to wear when you go to the arcade.  Nice wins this weekend.  Nice to see you on the winning track.  You almost netted $100!

John Carney in on both. Makes you wonder. Total here was 42.5. Guess who got screwed. You guessed it. Over backers.

Wow! And that scumbag is still alive ??? I remember that game. And what a coincidence, the same cocksucker screws me over for the biggest bet of my life. A bet bigger than what he makes per game. If I ever met that piece of shit, I will fuck him up so bad.

The over was in the bag and I got burned thanks to Vegas, and that rotten ass beady eyed of a bastard coach for the Pats. That missed FG was B.S. that little rotten prick could've made that blind folded.
I wish I could speed kick him right in his ass. That cost me big time.
I'm still boiling, NE just gave up.

Let's just put the 2 missed field goals and the 4th and 4 decision aside......How in the world do the Pats put there backups in with over 5 minutes to go in the game?  I mean anything can happen, they got a great offense, teams have made miracles happen before. But even if they truley believed they had no chance, you don't just roll over and give up? You see teams down 40 points who fight to the final whistle...and this is the Patriots for crying out loud! Even Brees played to the final whistle....just makes no sense to me. Never seen a game play out quite like this, with all the variables we saw last night. Just very odd in my opinion...

i can't believe people are crying fix, the guy hooked 3 XP already and barely made them all, the 4th and 4 was an obvious decision, the saints offense is too good and their is no way they could kick the FG, and they have no reason to play their starters down 21 there, remember last year when brady got hurt, you think they want to risk that again? i didn't have action on this game, luckily because i most likely would have been on the over, but if NE had any secondary whatsoever this wouldn't have came close, or if NE kept running the ball when it was working well

You did get unlucky, but no fix here.

As for the 4th and 4, they were down 14 and could not stop the Saints. A field goal there does nothing as now you have to stop them twice instead of just once. What are the chances of that? They had to go for it there.

    1) no fix...

    2) i understand why people who had the over feel like they got unlucky, but you do have to consider the fact that they bet the over on an NFL game with a total of 57... there are way too many ways to lose that bet, as they found out in this game...

    3) i am sick and fucking tired of hearing anything complimentary about Bill Belicheck... he's a fucking fraud and we should all know it by now... you can't argue this point... we've seen him choke on decisions left and right this year... he's crumbling before our eyes... and the last straw (in my opinion) is his decision to throw in the towel with like 6 minutes left in the game... what a cheese-dick!  what are you saying about your players???  you just let the Colts comeback from 14 pts in under 4 minutes two weeks ago... and you're just going to fucking QUIT!?

fuck you Belicheck... you're a fraud... the truth is out!

COULD NOT HAVE SAID IT BETTER MYSELF. YOUR 100% RIGHT WITH ALL YOUR COMMENTS. BET IF IT WAS A TIE GAME AND A GAME WINNING FIELD GOAL HE WOULD'NT OF MISSED. HE'S A FU*#ING A$$ HOLE.

This must be your internet personality. You cannot possibly be this dumb and ignorant in real life.

The game last night had over written all over it. The fact that it did not go over was not because of stellar defense. There were so many points left on the board last night due to boneheaded decisions and mistakes, I can't even remember them all.

Congrats to the under backers, but they lucked out last night and they know it.

No such thing as luck. Things just happen. You actually gained a point from NE going for it on 4th downs in the red zone.

i used to know a girl who always said this... i have no idea what it means... she could never elaborate coherently... just wondering if you want to give it a shot...

you are saying everything is just random?  cuz that would mean that these random outcomes invariably favor some over others (i.e.... luck)... if it's NOT random... then you are saying everything happens for a reason, yes?  but that doesn't seem like what you are saying... and that wasn't what she was saying either...

just curious if you could make any more sense out of that statement than she did...
