I'm seeing a LOT of love for the Chargers tonight...last week there was a ton of love for Minnesota too...Seattle was a nice easy winner for me...just sayin.......but I'm not the type that makes picks just to go contrarian to Covers...
Public money is moving toward the Chiefs a bit it seems...up to -4 at some spots now...
Melvin Gordon highly unlikely to play...even if he does, he will not be his normal self...Ekler out as well...Chargers are starting 2 rookie running backs..this will allow the Chiefs to focus on disrupting Rivers...Have you ever seen Phyllis Rivers when he gets pressure, especially up the middle?...he is BAD..I have lost so much money on him when he panics and twists his panties up in a wad so tight he can't breathe....
Andy Reid has literally owned the Chargers in Arrowhead...he just doesn't lose to them...
Eric Berry..the leader of the Chiefs defense...is back..even if in a limited snap role...that's a big deal to the Chiefs...

Did the #1 Baltimore defense stop Mahomes....nope...will the Chargers defense stop Mahomes?...nope...
I just can't wager on Rivers in this spot...if I lose, so be it...Mahomes is the new gun in the NFL and I am going to bet that he can out duel the old gunslinger in this game...

Tough loss on the Chiefs on Thursday night...softened a bit by a win on the Chargers OVER TT in the game...but didn't really like either of the matchups today at all so laid off...
As expected, the POM with the N.E. Patriots has steadily moved up toward -3 since I locked it in at -1 early in the week...still liking that play more and more with the injury information coming out of Pittsburgh...it appears that Pittsburgh will be pretty one dimensional and Big Ben will be throwing with sore ribs...
Working on other plays, will be up this evening and tomorrow morning...
