They lost 2 games. Do you think the Steelers didn't have any stinkers in their season. How about Buffalo? Johnson drops a perfectly thrown ball and it puts Pitt in the 2 seed. Pats OWN the Steelers. They put a beat down on them in Pitt. Is Pitt not a good team? Chicago's the 2 seed in the NFC, smoked them too. Beat Baltimore, Green Bay (ok minus Rodgers). I'm sorry they didn't play Atlanta but who else would you have like them to play?

The Jets have a 50% chance of covering the spread and about a 20-25% chance of winning the game. Nothing is ever 100% and nothing is ever 0%. Anything can happen. The Patriots can turn the ball over 4 times and Sanchez can do his best Peyton Manning impression for one game. Do I think the Jets win? Absolutely not. Would it completely shock me if they did? Absolutely not.

Minny beat a favored Philly at -14,  NO lost to a 7-9 Seattle team at -10.  The NFL is littered with upsets that lead to all this conspiracy talk.  Last year New England was upset at home by Balt. and Flacco.  Most of Pats are very inexperienced at playoff time but Tom Brady and Bill B. give them an edge.  But the Jets do have weapons, like Santonio who was a SB MVP I think.  Sanchez needs to play well and defense needs to do well but with LT, Edwards and downhill runner Shonne G.    they have a shot!!

yo my man....ny giants beat the final 4 in 2008. bal, pit, ari, phi....and they got blasted in the playoffs. you could say that it was because of Mr. Shoot the leg Burress, but still...he didnt play in the carolina game.. teams can be dominant and then lose their edge and get bounced.

i believe ill take the jets and the points. and i hate them.

Jets guy I also would like to see them win as I was from NYC.

But you have to bet with your head not your heart.
What I am looking at is that the jets are dangerous as a 2 score dog and Seatle is not so I may tease 7 pointer as such:

Jets +15.5 or better and Chic -3 700 to make 500?
Any thoughts?

Thats very interesting..thanks for posting that...Vegas are the pro's and they don't like giving money away..I feel NE is the play this weekend..The other three games any team can win even Seattle..Cutler I would not bet $5 on..GL this weekend.

I think the Jets can cover the 9. It's a playoff game and I don't see them rolling over like they did last time. They'll be much better prepared for this one. Of course, Sanchez can lose this game for them by himself, but I don't see Rex allowing that to happen. Just my opinion. I wouldn't put anything large on the Jets, and I'd rather not play the game, but if someone put a gun to my head, I'd take the 9 points.
