Giants are a solid team, but nowhere near as balanced as the Cowboys. Dallas Offense is a few steps ahead with romo/barber/wittin/to and their Defense doesn't really compare at all. Good possibility they sweep our Giants again this year actually.. thats pretty damn rare in this divisional matchup.

 

The Giants won the game that mattered . What sweep was there? They played 3 times the Giants won the playoff game and then went on to win Super Bowl.

L8kersFan74... I've been a Cowboy fan for over40 years. Williams WAS a vicious hitter, but he is the reason for the "horse collar" rule. They might be better off without him in there all the time.

Dallas always does really good at the start of the season, then like clockwork, get worse as the season moves along. The teams that start out slow are the ones to watch out for. NFC East is great, so it's gonna be close there. Dallas is as over-rated as the Patriots were last year.

I completely agree with you Mickster, I wasn't talking about now, I meant a few years ago when they saw he couldn't cover, that would have been a good move for them to take advantage of his abilities (which doesn't include covering)...now though, I think they are better off without, sad to say though, when Roy joined the 'Boys he was instantly one of my favorites. My #31 jersey still hangs in the closet, but, it's getting very dusty. The #24 throwback authentic usually gets all the love on game days now...

Until the Cowboys win a playoff game, we shouldn't even have this thread.  Playing in the NFC East is going to be tough for them but like I said, until they get past Game 1 of the playoffs, they are a mediocre team.

Cowboys remind me alot of a college team that scores alot and looks flashy and so forth but when it comes to that big conference game or bowl game when they need to grind it out and play defense they dont know how to react........
