Is Houston really going to beat Cincy by more than 3?

Cincy was my lock of the century, I cannot believe it has moved off 3. I just don't get how anyone can back Houston. They have not beat anyone in the past 4 weeks, why would they beat a Playoff team, a Quality team that I think is a darkhorse to go places in these playoffs.

This is a tough game, you are really playing chance, as it may very well be decided by a turnover.
Houston can and will run the ball. Bungles really cannot. In a low scoring slug it out affair, gotta like the team that can run with the better backs and the better line.
I will play it small as a degenerate, gl with your play.

Why don't you explain how good the red rifle is then. Because looking at his spectacular stats, I don't see him being more than average.

a team that was backed into the playoffs
a team that was supposed to win 4-6 games this year
Those last 4 games, no Andre, played a bit last game. Last game no Arian Foster, a game which didnt mean anything to the Texans.

Well I have already stated that I am on Bengals +4 and I am not about to buy out of it or anything but I am definitely pretty shocked it jumped from 3 to 4. A SHITLOAD of money must have come in on the Texans....which basically means I am betting against the "sharp money." Oh well...

Guess we will find out tomorrow, havent placed the bet yet. Funny that this is the first game and its the line thats moving around, almost feels like vegas wants to get to 1-0 to start the playoffs.

Lol what a clueless asshole. Why Houston can win by 3 or more. Here we go; they have a good running game, a great defense; playing a home; Cincinatti is a young team. Gotta love those "lock of the century" plays on a team who hasn't won a playoff game in 20 years. Another quality thread on covers.com.

Are you aware that Wade Phillips was out when the texans started losing, he's a HUGE factor to their gameplan. And just when he comes back, they rested starters (last week). The titans game was meaningless, nothing more than a walk-thru.
you're going to see a DOMINANT texans defense and running game tomorrow, going ahead and quote me and I'll bump this at 6 pm. Reliant is going to be rocking, houston hasn't seen a playoff game since the oilers. I have no doubt that Dalton is a solid qb, I love his quick release, but he'll be in a world of hurt tomorrow.

I woul;d rather take a team who hasn't been to the playoffs in forever over a team who has NEVER made the playoffs and underacheive every single year so far. And this Bengal team has nothing to do with the team from 20 years ago so that stat is as useless and your post is. You like Houston so you want to hate on people liking Cincy just to make yourself feel better about your losing pick.lol

Is wade phillips suiting up and playing tomorrow? didn't think so. A coach doesn't make that much of a difference in my mind. Four of their losses were against two 12-4 teams in Pitt and Balt and they hung tough on the road against Pitt and hasd a chance to tie at the end and were only down a score against Balt at the end last week too. In the past before this year I would always go with the better defense in the playoffs, but this is the year of the QB and the year where the better offenses are the best teams with the best records. So gimme Dalton and Green over Yates and Johnson. Yates will struggle to even get the ball to Johnson. And I doubt Yates even finshes the game with his shoulder problem. Soon as he gets sacked he might be done for the day.
