I need advice from the veteran gamblers - dead serious here

Last year I inherited $30,000 from property sold after my grandmothers passing. I’ve lost $15,000 to gambling I.e., sports betting, poker and most recently got my asshole resized in black jack.

Take Bears -5 at -110. They will win by at least 2 touchdowns.

Yeah sounds like you should probably take a step back for a while and reevaluate man... but if you have to bet it take Bears lol

Take the Skins and the points. 

Don't do it. The season is a grind, try your best not to go tilt.

Compulsive gambling is not a good idea.. honestly you should invest that money somewhere else..but best advice I can give you is take a week or two off.. reset so you can view the field ( get a better gauge on games from a non gambling perspective) 

Don't do it! Instead buy physical gold and silver. You will be up tons within 24 months.

I’ve been through GA... it does help in a way.. but yes.. I’m still doing it too.. I’ve resorted to sports only... no more casino action for me .. ever again.. I’ve told myself many times just bet one or two games a week.. it’s very hard to do.. but there’s just a game every so often .. where you just KNOW .. you have to wait for that game.. if I bet an under .. I’ll pick two unders .. use the buddy system.. be happy to get a 10% return per day .. that’s incredible.. don’t be swinging for the fence every day.. follow the streak leaders .. but don’t follow them blindly .. research the game and ask yourself if you see why they picked it that way.. and do that with 3 or 4 of them.. just my 2cents.. it’s like quicksand.. don’t fight it .. be patient..

What are you doing in the Atlantic casino resort restroom? For starters stay away from the casino! find a local you can place online with that way you only play football and let your local set max play limits....this will help you with action but not go crazy like you would at a casino. Work out and focus on your health while you limit your plays with this method. 

Bigger question is why are u trying to win all your $$$ on one game... either lay Bears -5 or don’t play it.... u may win this game but some nds like u will lose it all back at some point.  Money Management...

Not to be a downer .... but after today I’m retiring from this inconsistent madness.  The last 5-10 yrs has been impossible in the nfl. The 4 oclock games today some of most bizarre I have ever seen .  Every game there are 15-20 penalties... the defense can’t breath on a guy .  There really is no capping angle anymore if your team commits 10-15 penalties. Am abit salty bout losing on falcons earlier but they had 140yrd of penalties 

 

Nice hit on the roulette. If you have a problem with anything.. Ie.. Drugs, sex, gambling. We all have our poison but you cannot let it consume you. Start betting small if anything.

Two words....money management. I've learned the hard way a few times as well because of games I was really confident in, but went against me. If you use the right money management system you'll always be in the action. With 30K your max bet should've been no more than 1500$ (5%). I always stay between 2-3% of my bankroll for most games and 5% for games where I feel I have a great edge. Best of luck man.

This sounds dumb on the surface, but he knows what he is talking about, its a slower "high" but you will not be spending money foolishly, you can diversify from coins to bars and even older currencies that contain silver.  It may be the hobby outlet that gets you out of the ditch you are currently digging yourself into.

In all seriousness stop now,  it’s better to have 15k instead of nothing. If you continue I promise the entire 30k will be gone.

You have a gambling problem -- Quit before you lose it all.       If you can't resist it,  bet $5 on a game until you figure out a way to win.

You will lose it all if you keep going, even if you win tonight. You are not a pro. You are, at best, a recreational gambler and at worst a degenerate. Both those guys never win in the end. I tell you this not to hurt your feelings but because I care. If you have to bet, bet peanuts and have fun capping games and the banter on covers. That is my recommendation.
