But could it have been anymore obvious that the officials kept extending the Tampa drive ? Sooner or later even the worst team will score a TD after automatic first downs.
I know the whole “it’s RIGGED” is tiresome but come on

It's a joke but it's the way the sport is now. The refs can't wait to throw these flags to get the game closer. Unfortunately the players seem unable to grasp this concept and make it easy for them. They were legit penalties and totally unnecessary. Why was he still contacting that WR after not just 5 but at least 8 yards, some rookie running a short route? And why would you ever be going anywhere near a QBs head at any point but especially on a game ending sack?
Refs are serving the TV networks and th league trying to turn every game into nailbiters. But the players are absolutely moronic for giving them such easy opportunities to do it.
The Bills blow covers like this all the time. Does anyone remember the game they played vs Green Bay last year? They really don't like winning by double digits when the spread is 7.5-10. I think they already had one cover in that range this year with the Raiders we can't have 2 in the first half of the season now come on.
It's definitely frustrating because TB did absolutely nothing all game and got the money. They had one field goal. The two TDs they got were gifts, a turnover in the red zone and 2 personal fouls on 4th down. Week 1 look at the yardage numbers vs Minnesota. They got 3 red zone turnovers that game and got three last week also (they still lost).
Let's have a look at their schedule and see what teams on it are good at taking care of the football. They won't get these inexplicable covers without these fluky, lucky, very timely takeaways. They're a terrible team that has somehow been expensive to fade but I intend to keep doing it, a classic Thursday night rig job isn't gonna put me off, that's why these games are trash for betting on and only worth beer money wagers.

If you think these refs don't influence games that's freaking insane. why would they care to help Tampa get that TD. The line was 8-10 all week and more money on buffalo. The game and vegas is intertwined. results are based on how much they can make. Don't tell me that's just how games are played and nothing fishy is going on. If you think that! That's freaking insane!!!!
That TD by Evans was offensive pass interference too and ref was looking straight at it. and the defender knew it too.

Loved your writeup but your rationale for why the refs do what they do I don't buy. The refs are serving someone alright, they are not acting from personal bias or from a desire to keep the games close. What reason might they make unreasonable calls and noncalls especially at the end of games?
The NFL is in collusion with their business partners in the gambling industry. Are all games bet evenly? Think again. Rodger Goodell is dealing with the devil and the owners are complicit and one day this will all bite them in their rear ends.

Everything you've just stated above I agree 100%. So let's ask, don't you think that's a convenient narrative to say oh these refs aren't full time employees? Sure for 5 to 6 month of the year, NFL football is being played. However, you mean to tell me the NFL that's worth BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, can't just say okay we're paying these officials full time? It's not like they don't have the money to do so. So instead of doing right for the integrity of the game, let's just keep saying well our officials are part time. They have other jobs as well. Well that doesn't cut it does it? It's not like the NFL can't pay money and make these full time employees.
This is so we have debates and discussions about this so the people that are on the other side, can keep using this argument stating oh the refs have other jobs as well. IT'S THE NFL.........NFL =$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Make it right for the integrity of the game, but they don't want to because of the control of how it's set up right now. The REFS not the players control the games. Like it or not that's a FACT!!!

I agree 100%. The nfl should dish out the money and make refs full time.
Give em extra training and understanding of the rules all off season. Have simulated games.
Have a union for the refs like the players do.
Health insurance.
Give people an incentive to actually want to become a referee.
