I'm sure that promotion was capped at $25-$50..

IMHO, a very clever marketing tool to get people to redeposit because that prop bet is NOT guaranteed. The word "throw" makes a BIG difference and inexperienced bettors don't consider that. There have been games where they score many tds BUT they were scored by either:
-defensive td(s)
-player RUNNING it in
These 2 types of tds, don't satisfy that prop bet..
