Not so much as a capper, but the simple fact that he is insightful, intelligent, etc...
I share many of the same opinions as he does when it comes to sports.
Fact is, it is genius to claim that he moves lines on his picks. Of course, we all know better. But why not make this claim? Word travels quickly...look how quickly it travels on here. So, by making this claim, he presents the opportunity to expand his audience. I promise you that he has gained viewership/listeners since making this claim. The guy already has a ton of followers. Make no mistake, Cowherd is a salesman on the radio - he knows what his audience and possible prospects want to hear.

Immediately after releasing Buf-6, $$ came in on the REDSKINS and the line dropped to 5.5.
So far nothing else has moved, so right now once again he's moved nothing and $ actually is fading him in the Was/Buf game.
We'll see if anything else moves in the next hour, otherwise, he's a complete idiot to think his plays move lines.
