throw out all the stats, throw all all the "penalties skewed the score" (cus if they skewed it then, they might do it again) and focus on the score. The steelers scored 11 points!.... if you think the chargers are going to score less than 6 points you are crazy. the safe bet is on the chargers. If pitt can get a few def td's then that will be a different story, but seeing how bad their off is, it could really go both ways. And the x factor here is special teams. scifre could very well win it again for the chargers.

The Steelers dominated the Chargers the 1st time around, but did just enough to keep SD in the game. Let's not pretend these teams were 1 point apart as far as skill. You will not be the same team on the road this week that you were at home last week. Sproles will not have a game like last week with Pitt having 2 weeks to game plan. The Steelers are healthy and they're gonna make the Chargers look like the .500 team that they are.

I think that pitt is going to have to put together a pretty solid game sunday if they want to handle the bolts like all of you are saying. SD will show up ready to play know matter who is on the field or what the weather is like. This one is going to come down to who ever makes the least mistakes.

I agree with you but you can't exclude the Patriots out of the equation. Pitt won a Superbowl because they dodged the Pats in the playoffs meanwhile the Chargers got knocked out of the playoffs by arguebly the best NFL team the last 2 seasons. This Pitt team is mediocre at best and now they have a QB with a questionable injury and he may get sidelined at any point in the game. And if you think Leftwich can pull a miracle if he does come in then you are dreaming. He will struggle right out of the gate as every QB would if put into that situation. I'm not taking anything away from Leftwich but it takes a backup QB more than a week to jell with his offense.

pitts or titan got nothing on chargers. chargers roll to the superbowl then takes it.

If SD and Balt. win that 8-8 regular season team will be playing for a Superbowl berth on their home field.
