Actually I did lose alot of respect for Favre when he intentionally let Strahan sack him....That was an embarrassament to the NFL and everyone knows it was planned.....Thats like Barry Bonds needing 1 more HR to break the record and b4 the pitch the pitcher told him it was going to be a 78mph fastball right down the middle.In that case both players wouldve cheated the game just like Favre and Strahan did.
Also, I believe he has embarrassed himself,the packers and the NFL with his play over the last few years.Its not fun to watch a guy with the career he's had continuosly throw more int's than TD's and cost his team the game because he's trying to force the ball in places he can't get it.
And whether I'm right or wrong I think he's all about trying to break these records.I think he knew a few years ago that he should retire but he wanted to break records no matter how much it hurt the team....Move on like all of the other older guys do and let the franchise grow with the younger QB.
