this is the UGLY PIG angle from marc lawrence's black book.
the actual angle is play on any 0-4 team the remainder of the season if they are a dog coming in off a su loss.
rams, dolphins, vikings and colts are in this role.
The colts are a play this week also along with the rams and the dolphins.
Yavapanocha, Have you checked those high lighted how they did? Last year those 0- 4 teams ( Carolina , Buffalo) went 4-3-1 and 3-7 ATS remainder of season if they are dog coming in off a su loss. But both covered coming out of bye week which this thread is all about. So with this fact , yes you are too gullible/lazy to think information on internet is all based on fact without checking it yourself.

Listen kid, I've been around a lot longer than you and I have forgotten more about betting on football than you currently know. Bet what you want I really don't give a snot. I'm just here trying to help people.
Every year I post strong trends that hit and every year know it alls like you fail to come back after the game is over.
BigNiner, Keep putting out the info. What people do with it is their business. It's not being a douche to place an opinion against it. But it is a douche who just won't shut the f--- up about it. Enough already guys and girls. Trash his input, fade his suggestion, and get the f--- out

to me those stats mean nothing because what does that mean going into this particular game, what does that stat have to do with how the packers are doing this year and how the rams are this year, absolutely nothing! i just don't get that logic

AGREED!! A trend that has been manufactured over the last 20 years by teams and players that have absolutely NOTHING to do with this game!! This is what bad cappers reach for IMO. Have fun cheering for the Rams this weekend.

BigNiner; What makes this tread even more interesting is not just the 21-2 record but the fact that every one hates it. My local has it +15 1/2 and i'm a packer loyalist but i'll bite on it for the above reasons.

That's the problem with people like you. You just don't get it.
Say what you will, but trends do matter. The sooner you realize that, the bigger advantage you'll have in picking winners.

what makes you think they won't lose to GB at 14?! I just don't understand this logic.
How many people thought the Seahawks would win outright last week? It happens when you dont expect it..........now in no way am I saying the Rams will win outright because I dont see it happening but they may get a back door cover...........

Now I'm a bad capper, says the guy who has been here for a few months.
See my post above. If you think trends mean nothing, you know nothing. Once upon a time and many years ago I thought like you and after I repeatedly ignoring trends, I opened my eyes....and haven't looked back.
I am going to have a GREAT TIME cheering for the Rams on Sunday!

Tbh I don't understand why BigNiner and PrimeTimeBoys try to persuade other people when the argument they get in contrary is "OMG LOL Green Bay is Green Bay!!! They are good!!! And Rams are what, Rams? They bad!11". Well, when it comes to bets, BigNiner and PrimeTimeBoys are Green Bay (knowledge, experience, mental power) and that simplicity of playstyle (always bet the better team!!1) is more of Rams. That still doesn't mean Green Bay always wins, but you get the idea.

Simple question BigNiner, do you think the Rams can outright win? And my question is in no way disrespectful, i am a trend capper myselfl, i'm just curious because i have the Packers in a big 10 point teaser and after reading about this trend it kinda made me doubt.

Paradox - It is a fair question. With this trend, nearly half of the ATS wins have also been SU wins. For example, last year Buffalo the 14 point dog, was a fumble in OT away from winning outright. 2 years ago Tampa beat Green Bay by 10 as 9.5 dogs.
Put it this way - I am not expecting St. Louis to win the game; but I certainly wouldn't be surprised if it did happen. I am playing this game from the spread angle, but one cannot discount that nearly half of the big dogs win SU or that the only 2 losses in this trend were by a total of 1 point each.
