Tebow will go to the Dolphins, not as an everyday QB but rather as a slash type player who will help with gadget type plays since he has QB experiance. That's my guess and I'm sticking with it. As for QB's I am a firm believer in drafting a QB that fits a teams system, like RottenBurger in Pittsburgh. I told my friends that the Steelers would draft him while he was still playing in college. Too many teams think they can change a QB and make him fit something he can't that's why there are so many bust at QB. You need a lot of things to have a successful NFL QB, like coaching stability, team system, veteran QB on team to help teach, ownership that cares about winning not just the money, etc,etc. The rookie QB has to be tough mentally as well and have either thick skin or the ability to let negative comments roll off him. I guess last but not least you need a stable organization with a solid GM who can either build around a QB or select the right QB for his team. Better yet, both.
