Part of the reason, I suppose great defense can bail you out sometime. I like Texans for having a stout defense.

So GLAD I resisted the urge to make & post a pre-game bet on GB and opted to watch the early play to evaluate my level of certainty.  Saved my ass a loss for sure! surprised

I did take one unit (also a small one), Ravens -9.5 at the half when scores were 27-14. So, I ended up paying the vigorish plus fraction of loss. I've noticed that many of these TNF, Christmas games, Saturday games are in favor of dog ATS. Go figure, interestingly.

cool Meanwhile, there are 4 teams that currently have bad 3 - 12 records who would improve their draft order if they LOSE today - and all are underdogs! Jets, Charlie Browns, Cards and Titans all face better teams and would not lose face by losing.....so I expect all of them will! an_popcorn ...

My Bengals leaped out to a big lead and never looked back so I missed any opp for a lowered line on them...
