a lot of teams stopped with that fouling at the end of games to extend the game this season. in the playoffs you'd think they'd give some effort to try to win. doncic threw up one lazy 3pt attempt. that's it lol

its like how Boston kept killing shot clock with no idea of how to get a good shot with the last 2-5 secs of the possession down the stretch

the last 3m is exactly why the celtics cannot be trusted with points. they will slack off with the lead.

Agree with cd329, it's crazy not to foul in a Finals gm with that much time left. Alot can happen in 26 seconds. Missed ft's, couple of 3's, a steal/turnover etc. You don't just concede like that down 7 unless it's down to maybe 10/12 tics or less.

 Yup.. regular season they fouling down by 10 and they score 15-20 points last 30. -45 seconds.  Now playoffs they just give up

this is some of the worst basketball played in season and playoffs in sometime. every play off series sucked expect for maybe 2. 100% worst finals in the effort department. if the mavs win at home . they should be swept with this showing on the court and fined and the refs to lmao just like warren buffett said if our deficit reaches 3% congress can not be reelected, and something simpler should happen to these sorry fucks, not just trade to a new team pay deductions, lay offs, wage garnishment. the integrity is lost and we have to bend our knees. at this point corruption runs deep in ever facet of life in todays world.

hi for what I am happier than fucking hell this never happens. It happens every now and then I had Boston -6 1/2 for 500 and I don’t know why for some damn reason it didn’t feel right so I bought another half point Dallas +7 1/2 or 500 so I middled  it

Im thinking Dallas should grab a win at home   MAYBE  It is finally nice to just relax and watch this series knowing you will be collecting

Boston had made 19 of 20 free throws.  Not much point in fouling with 25 seconds left and down 7.  Though it is surprising that they didn't try.

 Right. Then tell me why fould down 15 or 20+ with under a minute to go. Happens all the time. Sure unlikely but anything can happen (i.e. Reggie Miller).

It's still the Finals with championship implications on the line.

Never til recently would a team just be like "oh well, we're done" and just pack it and go home and wait for the next game.  They'd be fouling and trying to answer with 3s til the very last second.

Teams will do that during more pointless regular season games but won't do it in this type of game?  Some nonsense.

I guess Vegas is just so sharp with the lines nowadays that they know how to account for when/which teams will throw in the towel vs playing the foul game.
