here we are. game 7. was there ever a doubt?
Celtics should have taken care of business tonight and missed their opportunity but they didn't and it might come back to haunt them(they dressed in all black for nothing..), or..... it might not. history has shown that teams are hard to beat at home in game 7s...
Before game 6 began, i predicted the Wizards to take care of game 6 at home and win by 7(closer than i imagined but i knew it was going to be within single digits) BUT the twist in this series going through my head i believed was that the Wizards will finally be the team in this series to crack the home team dominance with a win on the road and thus moving on to face the Cavs.
Now after watching the Wizards performance in game 6 i am not as sure. it makes me feel a little hesitant about the Wizards going into game 7. the Wizards got lucky, extremely lucky to live to see another day and i don't see how they can win game 7 if they play like that again also they cannot play like they did in games 1, 2 or 5 again at the TD Garden. Will they have enough in the tank in them to beat the Celtics on the road in game 7 after an emotional game 6 win?
i still believe it's anybody's game in game 7 and have my reasons why i like the Wizards to move on to the next round but i just need to shake off this performance i saw from the Wizards tonight. it wasn't pretty at all but is that what they want the masses to think? maybe they got the intended effect that they wanted you to see so you can slam the Celtics the next game? if Wizards had beat the Celtics by 20 pts again tonight you could then imagine the Wizards getting complacent again and thus losing the series. so maybe its a good thing game 6 was close. whatever happens in game 7 expect another nailbiter for sure. all i know is that everyone is going to be on Boston in game 7, and i mean everyone. spread and ML.
who do you got
Sip on that plus money honey!
