I think it can be as simple as this: Pacers dominated both games at home where the Knicks were playing without any flow or control. those games were lost by the Knicks by 7 and 11 points. So now I get the Knicks playing with great momentum and seemingly better play in a crucial game 6 where they just have to stay within 6 pts for my bet to win? And this is possibly without one of the Pacers most important pieces in the lineup. This will not be a DD victory for either team I took the knick and really just worried about that 6-9 range

Well hill is now confirmed to play. Does that Change your mind?

All you read is "GHill is playing...series over"

Isn't twitter "square city central?" 

They aren't betting for sure but man, you gotta think some of them are.

They really are treating Hill like he is Spartacus leading them to fall an empire.

It doesn't change my mind at all.

even with george hill someway somehow this game is staying close at the end. The knicks will play well this game and ride some of that momentum form that last win. They are now believing they can win 2 in a row and it will show tonight

^wish I could agree but out of 5 games Knicks have only shown up once in game 2, got crushed in 2 others, faltered badly in game 1 and should have blown out the Pacers in game 5 and played one of, if not THE sloppiest game of the playoffs in a win where the Pacer stayed close the whole time...all without Hill. I'm ultimately gonna end up teasing this game to get rid of the ambivalence. GL.

OVER and KNICKS +5 .. like i said... taking pacers to win by at least 6 tonight is asking a lot... ... IMO taking pacers -5 means you think pacers win by double digits...

The Pacers are a completely different team at home. George Hill, quite simply, is not a difference maker. The Knicks will be chasing the Pacers all night, I like the Pacers between 8 & 10 points.

History sides with the Pacers tonight. 

Rarely do teams come back and win a series down 3-1 as the Knicks were.

The formula for winning the series by the road team has played out perfectly by the Pacers, get a split in games 1 and 2 then hold home court in games 3 and 4 , lose game 5 and wrap-up the series in game 6.

Also history tells us that far more than not the odds favor the team in the 2cd close-out game, doesn't go more very often, it all adds up to the odds favoring the Pacers tonight............................................

Pump your brakes.... George Hill not a difference maker??? Hes a starting PG for an NBA team.  Any starting PG is a difference maker.... i dont care if he starts for your summer league at the Y... Is D Rose not a difference maker?  Get a clue.. a starting PG is the most important spot on the floor.  They are saying paul george might run point tonight.  he hasnt been a pg since high school.  You dont just roll out of bed and become a starting PG.  You make me sick.

All of that makes sense. 2nd close out game is usually the one the home team takes.

I really hate to break it to you, but George Hill is not Derek Rose. Seriously, do you watch any NBA games? Is LeBron a point guard? Was Jordan a point guard. Your logic is flawed buddy. If you know the Pacers in any fashion, you will know Hill is a nice player, but not that important.

Well it appears George Hill is playing, so for some of you that should make all the difference. Pacers will win at home tonight because of their defense, at home, with the crowd, with the home cookin' that home teams always get. Hill or no Hill, Pacers will frustrate Anthony, and let's face it, without him, they simply can't compete.

Well, it's almost tip so I'm gonna give an FYI pick just for kicks, not for the forum or a record.

Every fiber of me wants to take the Pacers with Hill playing and I've had such a brutal posting year, I'm going to do like game 5 and fade myself and go with the Knicks +5.5.

Good luck to all and thanks to all for the contributions, but this is personal. I gotta beat myself by fading myself until I get it right.

Lebron can play any position on the floor.. i wasnt comparing hill to rose.  I was just bringing up how important a PG can be.  I never played NBA bball but I played elite college bball and know how important a PG can be.  Dont bring jordan and lebron into this... they are the best that ever did it.  You are trying to make a point that losing a starting PG for the pacers is no big deal....its a major deal to anyone in the league.
