Down by 9 with 30 secs left the Sixers call a timeout, and they kept fouling on succeeding possessions of the Wizards. This usually doesn't happen in the NBA. Why would you call a timeout when down by 9 with 30secs and keep fouling after? NBA teams just usually dribble it out.

well sometimes they foul too confused Wizards suck and they thought they had a small minute chance. Just caught some bad luck

The Sixers were the one fouling, not the Wizards.
