The only kid here is you if u don't think many nba games are fixed. And I'm not bitching cuz I didn't bet on this game, but I made a lot of money when spotting fixed games

My friend saw Wade in Vegas put a 20 dollar parlay on Knicks and the under and Lebron  put 55 on Knicks +8 and 10 bucks on ML.. Really makes you think..  LBJ is worth 800 million  but it looks like he wanted that extra walking around money

This game Mia vs NY was point shaving at is best I had the under the whole game 197.5 but it was so damn obvious that Mia was trying real hard not to score on the last two minutes of the second half in contrast to the last two minutes of the first half. this game was FIXED

Nba players do not bet on games since they make millions. However, the nba is a business like any other sports league. When it's tnt Thursday or heavily betted games, the league will tell players before the game who's going to cover and who's not going to cover. Nba players are employees of the nba and the nba works in tandem with vegas. When there's millions of dollars involved, you're damn sure the league and vegas won't let the public win.

Or for example tonight, the memo to the players was under. Hence wade missing those free throws and everyone else missing FTs. Take a look back at this game earlier in the week. Everyone and their mama had the Suns -2 versus the bulls after the bulls had traded away deng and rightfully so since Phoenix had been winning lately. Guess what? Bulls cover and vegas wins. Public loses with suns bet.

I tell my gambling friends. You just got to be on the right side of vegas. And tonight I was on the right side of vegas with the knicks. I leaned the under but stayed away from it.

Sure sometimes the public wins on heavy favorites, but in the long run, vegas always wins.

Also, IPL cricketers also make millions and players have also been caught gambling on games....

Guys guys guys listen.  D-Wade is the first good player to ever have a bad day from the free throw line.  No star player in the history of the NBA has ever shot poorly from the free throw line in a random regular season game.  Therefore, fix.

The refs and players all work for the nba. When the league wants a certain outcome for a game, both refs and players carry it out. Tonight's memo for the for the game was under and knicks to cover. Public was on the heat since chandler was out and public was on the over. Wade did his job and so did everyone else by making the game go under. End of story. Nba players don't bet on games. They just do what they're told by the league since the nba is a business after all.

I've watched enough nba games and bet on nba games to know players and refs are in on the outcomes on certain heavily betted games because the nba foes business with vegas just like the other major sports leagues. When there's millions of dollars involved, vegas won't lose. There is a business relationship between vegas and the nba.

I wouldn't be surprised if Vegas had offshore bank accounts for team captains under anonymous names that get filled when good deeds are done. Tap into the nest age after retirement which will be in the late 30's. 8/10 of these guys won't have a whole lot left in there 50's and 60's

No one's shaving points. You took a chance and lost. A lot of people have lost a game 1 point short of going over or going under, thats nothing new.  If its the same team all the time than you can argue on it.  you need consistant facts, not just one game.

didnt see the game but wade is not a great free-throw shooter(only around average) and,like any player,is completely understandable to have a nite like that once every so often.....notv saying that there is nothing shady going on because i believe 100% that stuff does go on in most professional sports...but to play devils advocate this is not difficult for me to believe....perhaps if its reggie miller or ray allen missing 10 then ya scratch your head.....as someone earlier mentioned once every so often shaq and dwight shoot 85% from the line and wade,carmelo etc.. will shoot 20% on a given nite.....its a confidence thing and if ya miss a cupple or more it preys on their mind and can be exacerbated,no matter how brillliant they are and how much they practice.

agree with rostos 100%...speaking for the majority of the human population,the more ya have the more ya want...this has been definitively,categorically proven almost without exception thru-out the history of man-kind....why do ya think we got dudes with more money than god on this planet forever tryna accumulate more and more??the more these dudes earn the more they try and justify needing even more.buying pointless s h i t that no-one ever really needs and living extravagant,lavish life-styles

Did any1 not see the last play of knicks/heat? Guy run pass everyone with 10 sec on clock, he could atleast try shot an air ball and missed, but no he make sure it stay on the ground and stay under 196.

i had the over and mello to outscore lebron on a bet. was the game rigged? not sure but mello is one of a kind and is capable of defending lebron effectively. there is a respect amongst the 2 and even wade as well and also a bitterness towards lebron since he's got it easy in miami winning ships. knicks shut down miami last night and with or without the fouls at the end the knicks would've took it by 6+. lebron knew the best they could do by fouling is basically exchange baskets and took his lose like a champion he is. the refs dont get a morse code msg that they can only allow 55 points in a qtr or a team must win. it is possible but extrememly rare and not worth risking for these already successful people. it sucks to lose i know everybody but dont directly think the entire world (or vegas betting) is against you and is the reason of the result. it's a dogs game and the knicks and denver both needed wins and put in the energy to win which was visible during the game. 

People who dont think that at least 5 percent of north american sports contests are influenced are just pure and simple plugs lol
