I think he is just giving you props either way, It just so happened this game was "fixed" and the public betting on it was another vegas way of screwing the public. I would have taken Denver as well, Griz are a good team though so it was meant to be a good game. They had an almost exact road/home(Griz) record. Of course I was at work when this game was played so I'm not really sure what went down.

Dude guys who think the games are fixed, like you, irritate me cuz its a sign of pure stupidity and immaturity. Also, yes its a free country and if you dont like me ripping you then stop making stupid threads. Just like you say I dont own covers you dont get to choose what people post in your dumb ass threads either. I mean you start this thread talkin about how the big public fave games always lose and then totally backtrack a few hours later. Youre an idiot and you make shit up to try and justify your losses. I have zero tolerance or patience for people who just make shit up, and thats what youre doing. Get lost

Hey some of u morons who think there is no such thing as a fix are just plain fucking stupid!
I'm not saying every game or even every night games are fixed but if you are too ignorant to say it doesn't exist, well u are just plain stupid.
For one it has already been proven it has occured, Timmy D ring a bell? Sent to prison for fixing, admitted. Back then everybody said the same stuff that there was no fixing going on, come on! What happened , guy was busted. Again, every game or ref is not necessarily fixing or shaving points but it occurs without proving it.
Don't be stupid.

Plus I think the federal government is a bit smarter than you pal. Your defense of non-fixing means nothing. Not pointing out any certain games this year but it has already been proven in the past of fixed games. It was a federal investigation moron

Is the stock market bullet-proof? Sports gaming is just like the market. Whenever, there's money to be made people will take risks. Indiser trading is know for a fact, the feds will put people in jail, but for sports betting is harder to put people away. To fix a NBA game, all you need is the ref. If the ref wants to make a certain team lose or not cover, he will call foul early on the star player thus make the player ineffective. If the ref wants the game to go over, he will blow the whistle often so more foul throw will be made. Its people like Califdream who is so stupid that he will not admit that games are fixed all the time. The ref can totally control the outcome of a game and the players know it and coaches know it. The NFL is done the same way. The ref can throw the flag anytime. Sometimes the announcers will try to replay the foul and found it to be untrue. They can call holding anytime on any play, so if you complete a first down pass and the ref call a holding, then you are going backwards ten yards. That killed all the momentum for your team. There are people who knows what I am talking about and then you have idiots like CalifDream who refuse to open his own eyes and call everyone idiots.

One last thing lol, CalifDreamin, you don't look smart or mature because you think there is no such thing as a fix.
I'm pretty sure 95% of the BEST cappers would say fixing has happened and will happen in the future. With sports and gambling, corruption will find it's way into the scene, that's life.
Your thinking is not above the law lol

I have lost plenty of money due to crazy shit. But that's what it is: crazy shit. 's and what have you. Have there ever been rigged sports? Sure, it is called boxing. However you whiners about the NBA or NFL or NCAAB or whatever calling it rigged--I'm sorry, just get a life. You lost a bet due to crazy circumstances. We all have. I guarantee if you've bet enough you've won crazy late circumstances too, yea? There are SO many things that can happen in a game. If a last minute 3 means rigged, damn why don't they shoot 3's all game if they magically know they can't miss?
Man up and STFU, all of you 'rigged' whiners. It's embarrassing, and puts a black eye on gambling.

College basketball point shaving scandals (many times, especially in the 1950s and 1960s, with more recent scandals in 1978-79, 1984, and 1994) Southern Methodist University football scandal: In 1986, it was revealed that Southern Methodist University boosters gave football players thousands of dollars from a "slush fund" with the knowledge of university administrators. Along with a string of prior NCAA violations, this led the NCAA to level the "death penalty" on the school's football team. George O'Leary resume fabrication (2001), which forced him to resign as head football coach at Notre Dame. University of Michigan basketball scandal: Four players, most notably Chris Webber, were paid by a booster to launder money from his gambling operations. In some cases, the payments extended to their high school days. Jim Harrick resigned as head basketball coach at the University of Georgia in 2002 after his son, Jim Harrick Jr., provided an easy exam to Georgia basketball players and other students in a basketball coaching class that he taught and paid a $300 phone bill for a player (Tony Cole). Baylor University basketball scandal (2003) - player Patrick Dennehy was murdered by teammate Carlton Dotson. Later, coach Dave Bliss instructed his players to lie to NCAA investigators that Dennehy dealt drugs. In the wake of these events, numerous violations of NCAA rules were discovered. Duke lacrosse case - a stripper hired by members of the Duke University men's lacrosse team for an informal team party in 2006 falsely accused three players of rape. 2011 University of Miami athletics scandal – Yahoo! Sports broke a story in which former Miami booster Nevin Shapiro, currently imprisoned for running a Ponzi scheme, indicated he had provided massive amounts of improper benefits to Miami players and coaches, mostly in football but also in men's basketball. Penn State sex abuse scandal - In November 2011, former Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky, is arrested on 40 counts of sexually abusing eight boys over a 15-year period including incidents in Penn State's football facilities. Subsequently, the university's athletic director, Tim Curley, and a Senior Vice President, Gary Schultz, are arrested on perjury charges and for failing to report the incidents thereby fueling speculation of a university coverup.
