No way these guys are going through the tough Western Conference. Not the same Laker team from before, very undisciplined and seems like they don't care. And regardless of what they say, no way you can just flip a switch and start playing better.....

I agree with you that the Lake show will not repeat as champs, they might not even make it to the finals, so many teams can beat them in their own conference. The thing they got going for them though is home-court thruout the west conference playoffs.

they just about beat the Nuggets on their own court with most of their bench playing out the final minutes. No Kobe or Bynum and you don't rate this team ...mate you gonna eat your own words as I thought watching the game today that this team is still the best. They had absolutely no right to come back in the 2nd half but just shows what a champion team they are and if it were not for a slight bit of luck with the Fisher out of bounds play then they probably would have won this game.

Kobe Bryant is a freak and still the best in the game and he is going to turn it on in the playoffs no doubt about it as it's the playoffs where he has etched his name into NBA folklore forever

Look seriously at last years Lakers team, yes they lost some games, but they came out to play hard for 95% of those games.... Lakers this year...they don't show up a lot of games...And NO YOU CAN'T JUST TURN IT ON ...

Plus the West has very tough teams. The 8th place team OKC will have 50 wins ...I haven't even mentioned those other 2 teams Cleveland or Orlando

It's going to be tough for the Lakers to win this year. All 7 teams they could play are very tough.

The Cavs and Orlando, on the other hand, have much easier opponents in the East. They will have more energy going into the Finals.
