Ax - Been following you for the last few days and if could only learn to be disciplined, I'd be raking in the dough.  If you guys don't mind, I'm going to track your plays this week and ONLY play them.  We'll see how it goes and I'll post the record and profit on this thread.  This is my 1st year betting NBA and I've been getting my head cracked all year.  I greatly appreciate all of the insight you guys give on this thread, I can learn alot from all of you.  NBA seems much tougher than NFL to me. 
 
Also, I have something to run by you Ax, could you email me at petesirr@yahoo .com if you have a moment?  Too long to post on this thread.

Look these guys had no respect for each other with 19 sec Sergio is missing lay-ups not running clock then Adam Morrison laying it up with 9 sec and all the three's right before that??? I think if Shannon Brown misses his 3 Por possibly runs clock game under too bad.

If you think like that you'll never win a dime.

If something is a "public play" figure out why. Don't look at the "public" team, examine why the other team is getting shorted. Look at their home/away record, who did they beat/lose against, is there any matchup problems? Read the local papers of both teams. You'll get info from the beat guys that you would not have ever considered. Joe PG look slow at practice? Girl knocked up? In the doghouse with the coach?  Etc, etc, etc

It goes on and on. Saying you won't pull the trigger because it's a "public play" is the dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard. Wake up, learn, and grow. You'll figure it out...

Ax you know why I changed my POD yesterday Good I didn't bet the under Lakers/Blazers...

What do you think when I say that the Spurs game today goes under? -The last time the line was at 178.5 and the game went... under!

- The total has gone under in 5 of San Antonio's last 5 games when playing Charlotte
- The under for San Antonio is 7-1 against the southeast this season
- The under for San Antonio is 19-13 against teams under 0.500 this season
- The under for Charlotte is 22-14 when playing revenge games this season
- Larry Brown vs. Greg Popovich - two men who live for defense

Vegas set this line so low so everyone jums on the over. Yesterday over 75% went to the under at Lakers/Blazers and the line didn't move up... Why? Because the under had hit then.

This will be a fight & defense match. San Antonio tries to get the 2nd place in the western conference and Charlotte does everything to get in the playoffs. The Bobcats have a good run at the moment and it will be a very close game. But I think that no team will hit 90 points!

Trends are the most garbage stat in capping a game. If I had the energy to explain why, I would. Live for defense? C'mon...

Ever game is a random sample if they haven't played similar games in similar situations several times recently. Throw that horseshit out the window,,,

New Orleans, Miami, Minn, and Lakers were BIG "public plays" 

All 4 of them crashed and burned.  Hope you were able to figure out what happened there.  

It's a good thing I took Chicago and Portland because I figured out how I like to play them.  I know it's "pretty fucking dumb" but I won.

I don't understand this NYK/MIL line. These teams don't play much def. lately, but the previous meetings this season went 186 - 191 - 180. Although both teams are capable of scoring 100+ points each and every night they seem to neutralize each other when they face up.

Btw, the CHA/SAS line is already up to 179 points and I consider to jump on it cause of very strong UNDER trends in recent meetings and everybody ("and their ugly stepsisters") on the O...
