New Orleans is coming off a home win vs. Orlando. I feel with that momentum they will keep this game really close tonight, if not win this one straight up.Dallas has their last 7 out of 10 and last 6 straight, in order of most recent (margin of victory): 8 in OT @ ATL, 5 LAL, 9 IND, 6 MIA, 10 @ ORL.   New Orleans has lost their last 3 away games, have only won 5 out of last 10 games but have covered 7 out of those 10 ATS. Why the mountain of points against NOH though?

I like the NOH +8, more b/c Dallas are a bunch of stiffs, but why is the line so high. That makes it seem like NOH gets blown out.

A few reasons. Dallas is the better team, Caron is back, and they are home. But most importantly, Vegas is smart and knows GP would be on Dallas, even at 8 points 58% of the public is on Dallas. If it makes you feel better (cuz it sure helped me feel good) the line moved from 8.5 to 8 despite the GP favoring Dallas, looks like the big money is on NOH.
