took a few days off posting, been lazy but getting back on the right track

for today~~

Nuggets -8  3 Units- The Wolves will get blown out today like it's the regular season. They are lacking in talent and skill at every spot today and the Nuggets at home are one of the best in the league. I hate laying this much in pre-season, but in a regular season game this would be close to -14 or higher. 


Spurs - 6.5   2 Units- The Spurs are excited to get their new roster out on the floor and coach Pop is taking this game like the regular season. All the Spurs players are hyped to get started and the Thunder are off a back to back where they got blown out last night.

You don't like the Sixers -7.5 at home against the Wizards?  They looked badddd last night (the Wiz).

like that too but 76ers are a team that won't blow another out, i'll be playing that for smaller amount and hope Gilbert is still out with the flu....     1.5 units

Yup... Gilbert won't be making that trip to Philly, he is staying at the hotel and will be travelling back to Washington as soon as he gets better. Mike Miller is unlikely to play as well.

Small bet on the Thunders.. playing at home, they should be energized and hunting for a win. Spurs might hold their key players to minimum minutes... Getting 7 points at home during the pre-season is not a bad bet.

This is NOT a home game for Oklahoma. Erwin Center is located in Austin Texas, and is home arena for University of Texas (alma mater of Kevin Durant).

Maccabi is a pretty good team, and has a lot of fans worldwide. Playing in Los Angeles, a city with a lot of Israeli population, the crowd situation will be like playing at home in a championship game. On the other hand, Clippers is a team who has lost to an international team before in the past, I believe it was to CSKA Moscow. Now they might be a different team this year, but laying 18.5 points, its a lot. Plus.. this is a charity event, its unlikely that they'll blow somebody out. It is likely that if they might be saving the Maccabi team some face playing in front of their LA fans if the game were to become too lopsided.

I guess they're both playing on neutral ground with a slight advantage to Oklahoma.

adding 2.5 units Blazers -3.5 - Blazers final home pre-season game of the season. There are lots of questions about available players for the Jazz bench. The Blazers lost a close one in Utah last week and should win tonight.
