YouOnlyLiveOnce, a write-up is actually a good idea as it promotes a good exchange of ideas. But to blindly accuse someone as a hater who openly questions your selection makes you come across as an ASS. Offer some logic behind your pick, and if someone disagrees, offer some counter-logic as well.
You have a great idea with this team thing, but it will have less than a 10% chance of succeeding if you don't have some organization. Good luck with it.
