I like Oden , and have Oden st as my 3rd team to win it all but he is not and will not be a better pro than Durant

the question is who is better, not which will be taken in the draft first.
someone said there are plenty of players out there like durant???????????? he is putting up numbers never before seen at the college level (this includes the history of the game)......36 points and 25 rebounds?...doesnt he average 30+ points and 12+ rebounds per game. basketball analysts are all saying they have never seen a talent like this guy at this level. he is 6'9" and has a wingspan of 7'5" and can play shooting guard better than anyone. he could play any position at the next level and if you put him on an nba team tommorow, he would score 25-30 a game. He rebounds very well, passes very well, handles the ball well, blocks shots, defends. he is the total package.
oden looks like he will be a great big man, but durant is the total package. make no mistake he is definitely better at this point. teams could have four people guarding him and he would still score (he has seen everything but that and he is producing like no one ever has)

Lebron is a freak of nature. I think he does it the right way too and is a good guy and good teammate. Very mature for a young kid and don;t forget, he is what, 22 years old? 22!!! He could end up as the best ever.
All hype? He's 22 and has 4 seasons in the league avg almost 27 pts and more than 6 rebs and 6 assts. That is sick. He is going to get better too.

so he's god now since he went 5 for 5 at the line in the playoffs in the 4th... don't get me wrong lebron is one hell of a player, but needs to win this series before i praise him... see how he rebounds at the palace where he wasn't so clutch at the end of the game the other night if i recall

If you noticed the date of the thread, this thread is almost 4 months old.
LeBron making it to the NBA Finals would solidify his position as the best player in the NBA and I think he gets to that level.
