Kobe deserves it more then anyone in my opinion. Should've had one last year, and now to get back here and do it means the world to him i'm sure. Funny thing is this team is going to be together and in tact for years to come. I see them getting another 2-3 in the next 5 years. Am I stupid to think that???
p.s. Why did DJ Mbenga look so lost in the celebration last night????
Gotta see what they do with Odom and Ariza and take into consideration if Kobe restructures. I heard he might go 5 years for somewhere upwards of 140 million or so.
I was going over their roster, money wise, and I never noticed how many players they have with no college experience. 6/14.
Odom will want over 15 and I could see Ariza asking for 10 mill a year. He won't get it, but he could start there. Who knows?
Lots of time between now and then. I am mor interested in how teams that lose make changes as opposed to who the Lakers keep/lose. Interested to see what Magic do with Alston and Nelson and what the Bulls do about Deng and Ben Gordon.
