KOBE IS BETTER THAN LEBRON

It's very obvious to me that you don't watch many Laker games over the entire course of the season because Kobe does NOT "throw up shot after shot after shot"...I have NBA League Pass and watch almost every Laker game, so, I know for a fact that he defers to his teammates a lot. You can look at the box scores throughout the regular season if you'd like...there were many games this season where other players on the TEAM had more points and more shots...sometimes it was Gasol, sometimes it was Odom, and a couple times it was Bynum (before he got hurt). ANYBODY that actually watches their games could tell you this. You really should check on some of your FACTS before posting some of this stuff.

Now in the playoffs, of course Kobe gets more shots/takes more shots...they WANT him to take more shots. When the game is on the line who do you want shooting the ball, Kobe of Fisher? C'mon, gimme a break...that doesn't mean it's all about him, it just means he is MONEY and he wants all the pressure on him. Don't you think his teammates also want Kobe taking those shots? I think it's worked out pretty well, don't you?

Uhhh, I do have NBA League Pass, NFL Sunday Ticket, March Madness Pass, MLB Pass, Satellite Radio in my car, Satellite Radio in my office at work.....heck sports radio now on my computer...lets just say I have the POWER in my great room and in my car....it keeps me informed

When I post, yes it is partially my opinion, but also others (especially Sports Moderators -- Mike and Mike, Colin Cowherd,etc,,etc,,,) as well......and the stuff about Kobe being Kome comes directly from Phil Jackson's book....and that is a fact.  Not him using the word Kome...that is my metaphor....but that is clearly what Phil meant

Bottom line, Kobe is score 1st, teammmates 2nd....and while that needs to be the mentatility of the 2 guard....it makes it easier when someone can score also but get the assists to be BETTER than you if all you can do is score the ball

You guys mean to tell me that over the course of a 4 quarter game that when Kobe is deferring to his teammates, it is difficult for him to get a triple double.

If he is DA MAN, and makes the LA teammates better, then where are his triple doubles.

If LBJ was on that team he would be having triple doubles the way Magic Johnson did.

You guys basis for your argument is so illogical.

You guys can slam my post, I'm done.  I have come to the conclusion that we will agree to disagree.  people measure greatness in different ways (I look at team wins, pts, rebs, assts, steals, blocks, do teammates like you, do other teams like you, does advertisers like you..etc..etc.... not 4th QTR scoring and FT shooting]
