Initial Leans:New Jersey &#x2B;1.5Better team at home.  Philly absolutely terrible on the road.  Underdog has done very well in this series.  Going to wait and see what the line movements do...also hesitant because of the SU record of the Home Underdogs on Wednesdays.  This one is a tough one to call because of that...two shitty teams battling it out.  Might just have to play the first quarter on this one.Indiana -5.5Unless someone can come up with a REALLY good reason to take the Cavaliers at any point for the rest of the season as anything less than double digit dogs.  Another home underdog in this one...but its the Cavs.  I might want to jump on this one early because I can see the line going up to 7 or 8 by tipoff.New Orleans &#x2B;7I really like the way this one is lining up.  The Hornets struggled against the Wizards for a reason.  The first reason is that it was screwed up scheduling.  3 straight road games out west...then back home for one game...and now fly over to OKC for a game...then come home for a few games.  The only thing that I dont like about this game is the fact that everyone seems to be liking the Hornets early on.Denver -8Portland is on a back to back...and heading into Denver.   In case you missed the thread a few weeks back where I gave all the numbers for this...teams other than the Spurs are 5-33 SU in this situation.  The Blazers found themselves in this situation earlier this season (Dec 28th...coming off a game @ Utah where they won SU as home underdogs) where they were 8 point underdogs against Denver and lost 95-77....and that was WITHOUT CARMELO ANTHONY.  Holy shit I think I might have another 3 unit play on board here!!

I here ya&#x27; Johnson, I hit my 2 &#x2B; 8s, (HOU &amp; WASH) but SA losing fucked me up. That being said I love Wednesdays with college hoops, and out of those 9 NBA matchups nothing speaks to me more than TOR/ ATL UNDER!! I need to crunch #s and process, I&#x27;ll be back.....................

Denver Nuggets -7.5

I love this situation. This is the exact same situation as what we saw a little more than a month ago between these same two teams. The Blazers are coming off a SU win as home underdogs...heading into Denver as decent size underdogs again. Teams have always struggled when playing the 2nd game of a back to back in Denver...7-34 SU record over the past 3 years. The Nuggets went out on their road trip talking a lot of shit...angry that they had such a poor road record. They went up against the worst of the worst in the NBA in the Eastern Conference...and still only managed to go 3-2 overall...despite some strong performances by Anthony. The last time these two played in Denver...Portland put out what was possibly their worst game of the year. They looked completely out of gas after a solid win the night before in Utah. Didn't drive to the hoop and get to the free throw line (only 8 attempts total as a team)...and didn't do much on defense. This is by far my favorite play of the night, and I would jump on it soon because it could get high. The rarest of the rare plays for me...something I've only done once before this year.

Prediction: Nuggets 115 Blazers 98
Risk: 4.4 units to win 4 units

7 points to NO is a lot, but Okafor is out and Smith can&#x27;t fill his shoes I think, so there is some logic in this line. Okafor has a double double average and almost 2 blocks a game...

good luck with the denver play, the one thing that may keep me from pulling the trigger on them is that they just got back from that road trip they seemed so serious about. not all that much time to rest and now laying 8 points against a team they already embarassed without melo a few weeks ago like you mentioned. not trying to beef with you in your own thread, gun to my head I take Denver, I'm just saying there is a betting angle supporting Portland tomorrow as well with the Nuggets playing their first home game after a long road trip.

Damn head-to-head on Nuggets should be a good game.

Like the Nets tomorrow and might pull the trigger on the Hornets but the Thunder will be an angry team after Sunday and the line is ridiculousy high IMO.
