a closer look.Celts B2B are 4-2.....@cle, mil,  @dal,  @atl,  por,  @phi 2-4 ATS 4 games were on the road and 1 of them in Atl which they won by 23.no Joe Johnson no Jamal Crawford just seems like way too much for Atl to cover

Washington Wizards vs. New Jersey Nets UNDER 48.5 1st Q

Wizards averaging 23.36 points overall in the 1st Q...22.55 vs. the Eastern Conference in the 1st Q in their road games. Nets average 23.25 points in the 1st Q of their home games...and only 22.62 points against their Eastern Conference friends.  Wizards have been giving up some big points...but it's been against the Lakers (2x), Suns, Knicks, Raptors, etc.

Prediction:  Nets 23  Wizards 21
Risk: 1.1 units to win 1 unit

Like I just said up above...the Wizards have been playing some great offenses in the past couple weeks to give them the OVERs.  Their road OVER streak comes to an end tonight.

Prediction:  Nets 91 Wizards 85

Nuggets pretty good in 1st qtr at home. Spurs not so good 1st qtr on the road.

Any thoughts?

Without Billups in the game, it's Melo's job to take over and dominate the Spurs.  Jefferson isn't big enough to cover him...Duncan isn't fast enough to cover him...and that leaves nobody to cover him.  I initially liked the Nuggets to pull down the upset in this one...but I just can't see Ty Lawson giving them enough against Tony Parker.

Prediction:  37 points 8 rebounds
Risk:  1.1 units to win 1 unit

Normally yes...especially in a national game...but I see Billups' injury taking some time to get used to

I have seen you talk shit on like 3 different threads today.  If you don't like what you see than just get out and leave it for people who enjoy it.  No one is forcing you to read these threads.  And if you are so knowledgeable than why are you reading these in the first place?  I am not trying to say that i am a great capper, these forums are for people who are learning and want to observe other cappers.  People like you disgust me on so many different levels.

I just enjoy how I get grilled about a dude lying about his record.  Not just a few games or so...it was a 20 game swing that happened.  I have to point that out.

Of course...I did bad mouth the all powerful Tinoker, so I guess I had it coming.  I'll just enjoy my picks and my winnings.

Thoughts on other games/spreads....

Washington vs. New Jersey -6.5

I would lean towards the Wizards in this one...possibly even a ML play.  Both teams just flat out suck (1-9 SU in the last 10)...and I just can't see how the Nets win this game by 7+ points.  It will be a shit fest in my mind.

Atlanta vs. Boston +7

Still might be a play on the Hawks in this one...but they have injury issues same as the Celtics.  Big time letdown game here possible for the Celtics without Rondo.

San Antonio -2 vs. Denver

Depending on how the first couple games go, I might lay some on the Spurs in this one.  Billups being out means Parker should have a huge advantage in this one.
