Don't do parlays. If you still can't help, try almost parlays.

If you are losing more than you can afford and it is harming your life, seek help soon.

Winning money on sports-betting has many ups and downs. It can be very tough.

Also, some people are lucky and some are just unlucky.

Correction:

Actually meant to say no spread parlays at fixed odds.

Parlays with moneylines involved can be okay, if used properly.

I gambled tonight...took you guys advice and bet straight up. It was a risky but I knew the Rockets would somehow cover that +10.5...I wagered 2k...I think Im going to use that winnings for help. I obviously have a problem...I didn't even feel that good after the win, well not as intense as how shitty I feel when I lose...you know?

Futures ruined me for 20-25k in 9 months....

I feel your pain!

I have been betting on sports daily (took fewer the 6 month off total) since 1992.

I had maybe 3 winning years.

Its tough. I never seeked helped because I always gambled with MY MONEY (no loans or anything)..

Life is a lesson but I always be a fool for certain things like sports betting...
