How old is Z? 45?
Well at least Miami got their token Center aka Luc Longley. At least Luc was in his prime (relatively speaking of course) when he was playing for the Bulls

I know this is a Illgaskas thread....but imo he is only on the floor to occupy space.....be a pick and pop player.....and help miami space the floor.
The key to Miami will be Wade, Bosh, and LBJ

Agreed Bosh is a good defender.
His primary role on the Olympic team was to defend and rebound and get points off the ball......a role he played extremely well.
I think Bosh relishes being in that role and that is why he was so coveted by both D Wade and LBJ.

This WILL be the starting 5.
Bosh is not a good defender, he's average. He is very soft, especially when up against any established star. He really is the Ru Paul of big men.

C'mon man. If Howard's low post game is the same next year like it was last year --- then the book is out on Orlando.
Stay at home on the shooters and force Howard to score 1 on 1......no dunks.
If your team has enough offense and can stay home on the shooters then Howard's low post game is not "strong" and diverse enough to get his team pass that kind of defensive strategy.

Whether he starts at 4 or 5 is irrelevant right now, as that will be the starting 5 pending the Miller signing.
He is not a very strong defender. Led Toronto to some of the worst defensive seasons I've ever seen (granted obviously not all on him).
He is a soft mama's boy type of player, and he's injury prone. Any true big man or PF with skills easily can crush him on the defensive end.

Ontario..........
It's more clear now. Never mind.
Said the guy with 5 posts. Ontario...you know where Bosh just played the last 7 years. Oh right....because you saw a handful of Olympic games (like everyone else) you have a better perspective than someone who watched him on tv every game for 7 years.
Isn't David Lee considered a defensive liability?
Grabs more boards, gets more steals than a supposedly more skilled and athletic Bosh.
