James clearly fouled Marion going to the hoop with like 2 min left no calllNo bitching about that call i see.Just stupidity blaming the rfs on Mia loss it goes way deeper than that and they will lose if they dont straighten it out
I can see both sides of this argument. Lebron play should have not been called a charge. However, refs at the same time are human and are going to miss some calls with the fast speed of the game. It's not easy to always see the person's feet exactly who is attempting to take the charge. And yes, Lebron definitely did get a piece of Marion on the layup and it should have been called a foul....however the game was pretty much over at that point....a missed call in a 5 point game with just over 1 minute left isn't usually going to be a game changer whereas a potential 3 point play that woulda gave the heat the lead and stopped the mavs momentum was definitely a big call (whether crawford would have called it a charge or a block)
I can say one thing that I've noticed about refs in big games over the years. Historically, they seem to always slightly favor the calls towards the team that is losing the game...... in my opinion to attempt to cause a closer game at the end for a chance for some drama....especially in the playoffs. Not enough calls to where it would be blatantly obvious but usually the team down by a handful will get the majority of the foul calls in there advantage and the 50/50 calls whether it be fouls or out of bounds calls......not necessarily enough to give them the win....but enough to give the team that is down a decent oppurtunity for a chance to get it close at the end of the game. That's my two cents on refs
Either way, dallas earned this win. Miami wasn't playing their usual defense this game and dallas was hitting everything. However, for as good as dallas played and shot.......this game still somehow came down to the wire. If Miami goes back home and plays with the same aggression as they did when they were down....driving it to the hoop consistently or dishing it to cutting guys for layups...i still like their chances at winning two games at home. There is 1 thing they got to change though: they ABSOLUTELY need to stop running the stalling offense they run when they have leads in the 4th quarter. I've said it all year. They get up by a handful with less than 5 minutes left......and they all of a sudden go to this offense where a guy stands at the top of the key and waits for there to be 8 seconds left on the shot clock....and then tries to run a play and end up usually with a turnover or absolutely terrible shot.....if they would just keep running their normal offense they would be able to start closing teams out. They would have easily won game 2 and probably game 4 if they wouldn't have went to their stalling pathetic offense in the 4th quarters of those games when they had the lead. Now they dug themselves a hole and we will see what they are made of when the heat is really on.

Joey Crawford shouldn't be allowed to ref in championship games.
He makes too many Critical mistakes that change the tune of the game.
That offense of foul on lebron was a real game changer.
Tyson chandlers foot was in the restricted line and that was clearly a foul on tyson chandler.
If an official made that many mistakes in the eyes of his boss then most likely he would be corrected or fired. Obviously, he is doing something right if he still has his job and doing the same type of work.
