my $2 ticket was actually 8k the last time Hawks played so that's actually 4000 $2 tickets to your one.

NBA is all about perception, this is a huge let down spot for the Hawks after beating a few of the top teams in the NBA, Vegas gives you a low line public will pound it but sharp money will take the points, Det is playing at a high level right now (high for Detroit standards)

Ok Jahlal I guess you know more than me I see you have only been a member for 2 months vs my 12 years so I guess you do know more than me. And obviously you didn't see my 2 team parlay yesterday with my Hawks thread that was correct or my many half time posts that were correct. Considering that Atlanta will be playing at their home and Detroit are poor in first half, there is a good chance Atlanta will be about 10 ahead in first half itself. Though I need to so some research, I might go on for Atlanta cover in first half.

Does it not worry you that the Pistons are 12-1 ATS as a road dog playing a team they lost to in the same season dating back to the 2012/13 season? Teams they have covered against during that 12-1 are Timberwolves (During Love era), Nets, Pacers (in 2013 when they were good), Heat (with James), Rockets (with Harden/Howard), Clippers. Bulls, Thunder, Suns, Clippers, Mavs and Raptors?

I just think the line should be 4-6, 8 is too high and Pistons can cover that, no way this will be a 20pt blowout, I can tell you that much...I'm still betting Hawks, as a rule you always ride a team on a winning streak of 4 or more, but this not a max play for me unless I can in-game them and get a better line in which case I'll double up...BOL to y'all, even britman, because I would love an easy Hawks cover as much as you would!

I've been riding the Hawks since forever, and I really dont like them with a spread more than 3 baskets. Let me tell you what, this team learnt to be efficient and look ahead like a month ago after they kinda realized that they have the potential to be the best team in the league. This scary team has yet to reach its limit, they only go all out against the big names and that's why you see them blew out good teams such as Wizs and Raps, but only managed to cover a few points against more inferior opponents. At a certain point in all those games, they mightve acquired a lead of 20 or something, but at the end of the game, you could only see a few baskets win on the scoreboard. Literally, for now the question for this team's games is not are they ABLE to cover any spread, it's are they WILLING to cover it. My 2 cents, hope it help

Betting against the Hawks right now is like betting against game 7 spurs. if you have the balls to do that well then you are a lot harder then me.
I will always ride the team that comes with 4 quarters of energy every game. added to that, they are statistically playing out of their minds hitting every core metric that ABPRmetrics has ever invented.

Detroit has been playing a high energy 4Q game every game for 11 games now. I think you have a really good point, very sharp here. iIs hard to bet on energy vs energy matchups, but if team effort is equal on both sides, ATL still has the better talent statistically.
